Went to Superco on 6/19/15 in need of buying a washer and dryer. As soon as we walked into the store we were greeted by Ken the store manager to help us look for ones that will fit our needs and budget. He was very helpful and informative in explaining the washer and dryers they have available. After we have made our decision he lead us to the cashier to finish up with some paperwork and explain to us that they will deliver them next day and will remove our old ones at no extra charge. He also told us that within 30 days if we find that somewhere else was selling the same make and model of the home appliances we bought he was willing to give us back the difference. But I think our purchase were reasonably priced. All in all, it was a good shopping experience and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in need of home appliances!

Very creepy Asian dude that looks like a manager kept following me like if I wanted to buy something, this means he really wants sell. Also, I heard stories where they REALLY want to with haggle you, well its just because they have so little customers. Also because they have so little customers is because they follow them anywhere, full of BS. Huge tip superco, dont follow your customers in your store unless they ask for help, and dont look at customers weird.

Went into Superco to do some window shopping with my wife. As soon as we walked in a Chinese guy ask if we need help, we stated that we are just looking. As we were walking around the store the weird guy kept following us around the entire store. By the time we came to the appliances I had enough of this guy tailing so we just left. Not a good place to go if you want a hassle free experience.

I came in on Saturday and was greeted warmly by a member on their sales team. I bought my headboard, tv, sofa and dining chair set here. Superco really helped me on the visual design and gave me great feedback. Their service is top notch and I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

SUPERCOAPPLIANCEFACTORYYYY. after seeing this place so much we finally went in. While sketchy on the outside, its actually quite nice on the inside. The staff didnt mind is wandering about with our half and half drinks, so 5 stars from this guy. Great selection, and clean to boot!

I like their small appliances, they have most updated one that I was looking for. Last time I was looking for Soymilk Maker, I showed them the price I found online, they really do price matching! Now they have many kitchen tools on sale now, its cheaper than Target.
