Called the store to verify that an open-box item, showing as available on the online inventory checker, was there. (I had just driven a town over to Riverside after a chat rep claimed three were available at the RS location, but when I got there, there were none.) Phone rang for fifteen minutes (in between a recorded message claiming having the best "Expert" sales representatives) the first time, and twelve minutes the second call. I hadnt shopped at Best Buy for a year or so due to a previous bad experience (the NES Classic fiasco of twenty-seventeen). BB let one hundred customers stand out in thirteen degree weather to wait for voucher/tickets when only twenty-four were available. I was the twenty-fifth in line. I try not to be finite in my decisions, but Best Buy just likely lost me as a customer for good.

Gigi and customer service is a great asset to that company when I was buying my wifes Apple watch again great place to shop.....!!! washer broke I went in there last minute. the lady named Louise extension 2230 helped me and she was probably the friendliest and most knowledgeable person Ive ever dealt with so what Im saying is if youre buying an appliance go to her I let me tell you I never refer anybody but this lady really was on her game thank you Louise

When I shop at the Cerritos store I usually dont have any problems with the associates. My experience has for the most part have been good. I had and pick-up order that wasnt shipped yet when I went to pick it up, the associate was apologetic about my delivery delay. We both smiled and laughed about it not being there and I had to wait 2 days to get it. I still shop there and order pick-up service.

Awful, bought a brand new TV over $2k and was told it would be shipped to my house. Its been two days past the expected shipping day the TV is still not here, I call customer service and all they say is its in transit. The delivery guy then calls at 11pm and says he would arrive in 15 minutes and he never showed up. Beyond the d handling when your going to mess up this bad?

We went to this store to return a new defected laptop we bought. However, this review is more about the location of the store. The store is located in between of on and off ramp of highway 91. Yes, in between. It is rather frustrating just trying to find the store. Besides that, the store is clean, and the staffs are mostly friendly (at least the ones that I encounter.)

This is my local Best Buy and glad its there. Though some people consider Best Buy as a "showroom" they also match prices from select stores and their service is great. A lot of times Best Buy will be running special promos so its great to make a quick drive and pick up the item(s) I want. Though customer service is not always there, its still a pretty good store.

This star never seems to be well stocked, and I would say a lot of the salesman are not that knowledgeable compared to other stores. Yes they do have a few knowledgeable salesman, but overall the salesman other Best Buys are far superior I did use the geek Supply vendor, and Ive never used that again that was a terrible experience it was just a big rip-off.

Good place for electronics, other than for car accessories that need installation. They have 1 installation guy that works for multiple Best Buy locations, and no dedicated sales person for their car electronics section. So find somewhere else for those or call ahead and find out when this installation guy is on shift if you need automobile installations.

My family and I spontaneously went Black Friday shopping when we were on our way home after thanksgiving dinner. My sister ended up getting a hell of a deal on the best hp laptop, and by chance was the last one. As with my dad, he too bought a 65 inch tv for a damn good price. Last but not least, the staff was extremely helpful and kind. GREAT STAFF!

Went to the Geek Squad for help. Malik was very nice, courteous, and knowledgeable. I once was very computer-savvy but havent done any kind of troubleshooting in years. Malik was very patient and helped me out. Purchased a year of Geek Squad support in case I need any future help for the next year. Keep up the great job! Kudos to Malik!

Have had teo very pleasant visits these past two weeks. Robert and Amber,as well as the woman who set up my new phone were very patient and helpful throughout my visits. They took their time to explain different benefits and products. Although I ended up spending an arm and a leg I really appreciate their customer service.

For the most part I would rather get my stuff either direct from the manufacturer or Amazon, but when in need... Ill come to Best Buy. Theyre just irritating with their price match promise and then they can NEVER price match. At any rate, most of the times the employees are nice, although not very knowledgeable.

Visited the best buy mobile. 5 mins at the cell phone location. Looking at iPhone no one greeted nor asked if we needed help. Employees busy talking amongst themselves. Waited another 5 mins still no help. I saw some iphone/Apple associates also standing by still no help.

My dad needed a new refrigerator so we went on Saturday afternoon and right away we were helped by two young ladies. BB had a nice selection and customer service was excellent Natallia was very helpful and the process was fast and easy. We had a very nice experience.

I was gonna come to bestbuy to switch from verizon to sprint. The guy rep at the smartphone dept. did not answer my questions, instead he tried sign me up with their phone deals first. Not helpful man! I went to sprint store to get the phones done. Thanks best buy!

Very good Best Buy store to shop at. The sale associates are friendly and helpful at getting you in and out with what you came in there for. I bought some Beats Headphones in less than 5 mins since it was easy to locate and the cashier was good at doing his job.

That one fat chick who manages the mobile center kept trying to tell me I couldnt get a refund when I could. I had to ask for another manager to get my money refunded. Other than that Ive had good experiences in this store now that they price match amazon.
