I bought some appliances here and had them delivered. The delivery truck HIT my retaining wall and tore down the cable line that runs to my house when he was leaving. I called Pacific Sales to complain and was completely brushed off. They bounced me around to different people and then gave me a number to call. After calling that number for months and not getting a response, I sent them a letter. They immediately sent me a certified letter denying the claim without even investigating it! The denial letter didnt even give a reason for denying the claim and told me to take them to court if I wanted to pursue the issue! Wow! Thats a new low for customer service. Its not even customer service, its just taking responsibility for the damages your employees cause. You better get a really good price on anything you buy here, because you arent getting any customer service to go with it.

Great shopping experience. I bought a big screen TV and had a great experience. The sales people were knowledgeable, friendly and gave me prompt service even while helping other customers at the same time. The cashiers were friendly and efficient. They helped me load my TV into my car and even held on to the TV for a few more hours when it did not fit in my car. They offered to ship it but I got a truck and took my TV home the same day. Everything went right and I look forward to my next purchase at Pacific Sales. I had shopped around and I know I got a very good price. South Lake is a good place to shop and has some enjoyable places to eat and is a nice area for walking.

I dont normally like writing reviews for chains, but was amazed that this place got only 3 stars. I cant speak to their phone skills, but every time Ive been into the store theyve been great. Our sales guy worked with us to outfit our whole kitchen. They beat all amazon prices, and even found ways to save us money on top of that. When we had issues with an item, they assisted getting us in touch with the warranty department. All in all, it was a great experience. Ask for Wilson!

Purchased a brand new LG Washer and Dryer. Dyer has not worked since it was delivered. Pacific would not exchange it nor have they fixed it. Its been over a month now. Service has been out to verify that it doesnt work and has ordered parts. Waiting to hear when they will be able to finish the repair. Have my credit card company pursuing the matter to get my money back. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. I will never shop here again for anything.

Never, ever again to deal with incompetent people. Every order I have made with them was messed up. Latest, 5/6/2017, I picked up 2 toilets, ordered e weeks ago. The plumber opened boxes and I have received 4 bowl and no tanks. Calling multiple times the pacific sales customers service and every time there is a different answer. Ridicoulus. I have dealt with 3 stores and results are always the same. ZERO STARS. NOT RECOMMEND TO GO TO ANY PACIFIC SLAES STORE.

Michael is the best. I had ordered a side-by-side built in KitchenAid refrigerator from another vendor. On delivery day, they said it would take 10 more days!. I called Michael at Pacific Sales and they had it installed in two days!!! Expert assistance, expert installers--could not have had a better experience. Thank you!

The worst service Ive ever seen. I was ready to order and I asked if theres any sales available, sales Rose answered me "therere only three of us!" without even looking at me. Just terrible!! Trust me, if they dont know you, you wont get any warm nice service. Wont return and not recommended.

Be careful of what they tell you . Especially Delivery and installation department. 1 st dont show up , no call. second time late 3 hours. and had to call more then 6 x to get to talk to a real person . Never go back again. very unhappy.
