I will be filing a complaint with the corporate office. After many years of great service, my husband and I were completely dissatisfied with our customer experience today. Team lead Beronica and customer service representative Maritza would really benefit from some customer service classes. Bamboo principles, Customer First Thinking, etc. should definitely be on the top of Best Buys corporate training to do list. I have been in the customer service industry going on 20 years and have trained, lead and supervised large groups of employees, so take my word when I say this was poor service.

The store has very knowledgeable sales & reps from apple Samsung etc. & they know what they doing :):):)!!! Nice to see that is a positive change has been Done to run a business that is vital in these days. The merchandise Imean looking for Is usually there if not the manager is there to please U & get it even if he has to go to The stock room !!!! So far in the last year or so excellent! I highly recommend this Store to any one!!!!:):):):) (Im a pc tech for 40 yrs.) I hope that helps u to make a A decision when u choose this story to shop bless u all :)

I dont know what it is about this store, but every time I come to this Best Buy I have an unpleasant experience with the customer service. I feel like the employees are being brothered when I ask them basic questions (For example, "Can you tell me a little about this computer?") They rarely ever smile, and seem to avoid initiating interactions with the customer. A "Hi, sir, what can I do for you?" with a smile would be nice occasionally, but I can only recall getting that once or twice out of the many times Ive come to this store. Disliked.

Nice store to go to and close to home. Very nice people there who have always gone out of their way to be helpful they are knowledgeable as well. Even when ive returned things there... which isnt often... they have always been very courteous and professional and gave me quick refunds without any trouble. Ill always shop there!!!!! Just bought a HP laptop there for 329.00 and its a great laptop.. very fast and works great.

Tried calling to see if an item was available. Computer put me on hold for 20 minutes ("Your call is very important....."). Finally someone answers--and hangs up. Tried a second time, same experience. True good deals are never available when you get there. Buying at regular prices at Best Buy is for fools; prices are always lower at Costco or Walmart or Target. Best Buy is actually WORST BUY.

I went here to find a universal laptop charger. Im visiting from AZ and forgot mine. The young lady that helped me said the one I bought would fit my laptop. It doesnt. So now I have to waste my time to return it and I still do not have a charger. She just was not knowledgeable about the products in the department.

It is what youd expect from a big box retail store. Id come to pick up a TV having done my research online, and was still forced to endure the upselling shtick from the employee who rang us up at the register. Other than that, the employees were pretty nice, and helped load the TV in the car for us.

Poor customer service, tried to use Samsung pay and they asked for way to much information to buy a $30.00 Bluetooth earpiece. Thats the reason for Samsung pay, Android pay and apple pay, one tap and go. Get with guys, this is the reason you are going out of business.

Those people who marked lower than 3 stars went into the store once and had a one time bad incident. Im in there about once a week and workers constantly offer their services with knowledge. I also go different days/times.The verizon kiosk is a separate company.

Any time I need to go to a best buy, this is the place I go to. The customer service in my experience has been good every time I went. I rarely ever went to a best buy store, but after the first time I came to this store, I have become a frequent shopper.

The store managers were all off when we walked in at 8:45pm on 7/5/2017. We asked to confirm PC recycle program. The Geek Squad superior Gregg was impatient and intend to be rude. Beware this store.... Prefer Pasadena Best buy store.

BETTER than pasadena store. clean, stocked better, friendly & helpful staff with no bad attitudes. to be fair, I think they deserve at least a 15-17 rating at minimum. that was my last of 3 experiences there in the last 3 months.

Cool store, but dont get to caught up with the camera displays. Look for a nice compact disc or DVD. George works on Mondays and hes a real charm.
