If i could leave no stars i would. I have received the WORSE customer service from Louise and Chris that a person should have to deal with in Tech Support. I called because I am having a problem with my clock not keeping to correct time and I am being told that I need to send it in for repairs and this is the 3rd radio I have had in the last 2 weeks and it still does not work. You would think that someone in tech support would be willing to help a customer, but that was not the case. On Friday when I called Chris did not even listen to me he just sent me to a lady to send it in for repairs. I was literally on the phone with him for less than 2 minutes and so he did not know what was going on. Today I called and got Louise and he DID NOT want to help at all. His first remarks was send it in for repairs and you call that helping. Even after I gave him the model number of the first unit he still did not care to help. You CAN NOT tell me that every system you sell has this problem with a clock setting to Texas time. If that was the case I REALLY don’t think that it would be in audio stores. I only asked for someone to help me and that does not seem to be ANYONE in tech Support. Thank you so much for nothing!!!!

Worst company to deal with. ANNIE and HUGO are the worst with warranty. They have the worst customer service. I would never buy another one of their products again because if something breaks you will have to deal with ANNIE who is terrible and HUGO her boss will not answer his phone or return emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!
