DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM WORSTBUY!!!!! Bestbuy really need to change its name to worstbuy! I ordered washer dryer and refrigarator cost me 3k on Feb 7 and I only got washer and refrigerator until now! Almost a month! Called so many times and they were just “checking for you” “put you on hold" "will call you back" and I never ever got a call back about my order. The only calls I got were called from the machine told me "the delivery we scheduled for tomorrow has to be rescheduled...." Nobody really assisted me and they just transfer me here and there then the line got cut. Spend tons of my time in the stupid calls and got NO solutions. And tonight I called them again . I was being told the delivery was cancelled again because they do not have this model of dryer in warehouse. And they also told me they can get me a new model dryer but I need to pay the $500 difference. Is this the new way doing sales? Is this the way bestbuy doing business? Sorry this joke is not funny at all! You guys really taught me a good lesson! Same thing happened to me in the past 2 years. I purchased 2 sharp TVs and one of them has a problem with right speaker. It was over 30 days so they refused me to return it back. Brought it to geek and I was being told there was nothing wrong with the speaker. Come on! You can hear the abnormal buzz when you turned the volume to 10 as long as you have functional ears! Finally they send someone to my place and replace the bad speaker. Twice! Because the first time they could not made it work...I am really disappointed with this company and promise to the whole world I will never spend even one fxxking cent in Worstbuy. In a word, this company makes me feel they are not reliable and they have no responsibility. Hope my experience can help you avoid tons of trouble. God bless America!

Black Friday was a fun experience at this Best Buy, but boy, did they mess up with my order. My parents and I were looking for a product and we were told they had one "in the back". Apparently, "in the back" means "a warehouse in Chino", and we werent told that, so we decided to wait. After 20 min, they came out saying the item is getting delivered "to the front" and that we should go to the pick-up window for it. Another hour and 3 other employees had passed, and we found out the item was still in the warehouse. We were told by the Store Manager that we should come back at 8pm, because another shipment would come later that day. So we left, and came back at 9pm. True enough, the delivery truck was there. We were made to wait again for another 30 minutes or so as they "check the manifest" to see if my item is there. Guess what? Nope. It didnt come with this truck. We came home empty-handed. I almost spent my whole Black Friday at this store, waiting for that item. If only we were not promised that the item was there or that it was coming, we couldve not wasted precious time. Needless to say, we cancelled the order and went to Target for the item instead.

I have never had a worse experience than I have had here. I purchased a TV from Monica in the TV department which she was supposed to order and never did. When I called on status, she gave me the WORST service I cant even believe it. Instead of telling me where the tv was, she told me to ask my partner cause she told her and shes not going to REPEAT herself. Then proceeded to give the worst attitude and did not answer any of my questions pertaining to my $1500 order. She yelled at me over the phone and talked to me like she was a CHILD and would NOT transfer me to the manager i had to go in. When I came in to speak to a manager ALBERT did NOTHING so i called corprate. I have had many problems wth Best Buy, Not answering the phone EVER, Bad service, and the Geek Squad is the worst If they are not careful they will end up like circuit city. OUT OF BUSINESS and OUT OF JOBS. we dont NEED to but anything from Best Buy its a luxary. GO TO FRYS

this store is one that i will never ever visit again. After a sales associate did not know the difference between radio freq outdoor speakers and infrered i knew we had a problem, that was his department. And the store itself seems to lack the common courtesy of even answering the phone. we called the store a total of 31 times from three phone lines to get in contact with anyone, a sales associate a geek squad member even the operator. i finally went into the store and called from insid and watched as 6 people in the customer service area stood around and talked and did not answer the phone. I then did itagain in front of the supervisor and let him see how no one cared for the customer. i wish i could give it even less stars. and watch out for the geek squad, they will not be nice when countered and some are not able to answer even the simplest queston.good luck when they become a mall store get ready for even worse.

WORST SERVICE I have ever seen,I asked for an Ipad2, waited half an hour and nobody bring to me anything, I ask to see a supervisor, he says I am the supervisor (his name Randy), means what you can do. I was shooked, what? he is the supervisor, I can not believe it, the whole time he is not even stand up from his chair, I asked to see a manager, when the manager Jason came, it was even more mess, he ask me what happen like he is a police asking a suspect, and says: if you talk with tone, i have to ask you to leave the store. ......... Ok, I finally understand why this store have problems, it is the management have problems, even a manager can be this rude..... can any body higher position to save this store? the result is I didnt buy the ipad2 from them, but I am sure that wont hurt either Randy or Jason, but BESTBUY, why you are hiring this kind of rude people to manage your store... what a shame.

The employees in the store have very bad customer service. A manager needs to have meetings with the teenagers and little kids that he/she is hiring. They dont greet you. They need to hire more experienced workers that are above the age of 25. Some of the employees when i went to take my keyboard to get replaced some of them were talking about getting hungover. We had to circle the whole store for someone who looks somewhat friendly. Some of them have no manners. This place has gone down hill. As for the geek squad they have helped us with whatever problems we have had. Because of the poor customer service it has come to our minds to cancel our credit card with them because we never get any rewards that they say we would get. Fast. Fun. Friendly. Thats how it should be no matter what. The employees need to not bring their personal issues and what they do to the workplace.

I am a long time customer of Best buy. I must spends thousands a year there. But as of late things have been changing as far as customer service. Feels more like Im walking into a car dealership. And on the way out security makes u feel awkward. But like everyone I ignore these things. But today returning a lap top, Christmas gift, it had a defective battery. I was met with much opposition. In order to return it I was being charged for the box it came in, since I didnt have it. I was being charged for resetting computer. In the end to exchange it I was being charged 90% of what I paid for lap top. And this is for an exchange. In the end I left in frustration. I am cancelling my best buy card and will no longer shop there.
