I cant begin to express my frustration with this store, but Ill try. Brought a laptop into Geek Squad and never got a call back saying it was ready for pick-up, so I called them and it had been ready for 2 days! went to pick it up and when I got there, they said I had to have an appointment to pick-up even though I had just called them and spoke with an associate who said that I could come pick it up right then. So that was the first time I spent 20 minutes driving to this best buy location only to be sent home without my laptop and then have to return after making an appointment. The next time I brought my PC to Geek Squad because it had a virus and everything went well until I got home and realized that they had done something to my adobe flash player and all the faunt type/size on my desktop and the faunt type/size of internet sites had been changed, long story long, I spent another 3 hours with Geek Squad over the phone, because to fix the problem they had to remotely take control of my computer and fix the problem that this Best Buys Geek Squad caused. Then I needed a new router and was recommended one by a Best Buy sales associate who assured me that an Apple router would easily connect to my Samsumg PC.... except it didnt!!! spend another few hours online trying to figure out why it wouldnt work before I took it back and exchanged it for another router which the same sales associate assured me would be easy to set up and this time he would have been correct except for the fact that even after using Geek Squad to fix my computer not once but twice, they still didnt correct the problems that they had caused from the original time I had taken the computer to Geek Squad so it took Netgears customer service (my new router is made by (Netgear) 4 hours over the phone to finally find out why this router wouldnt connect to my computer and it was a simple piece of software that Geek Squad had deleted on one of my previous encounters with them. The only reason I continue to go back is because the store is now located right across the street from where I live (I moved) but now I have no faith in this store, because it seems that everytime I go there I encounter a long wait or someone who doesnt know what there talking about. One last thing, has anyone noticed that when you purchase something that a sales associate has recommended, they ask you if your done shopping so that specific person can ring you up? I thought that they might work on commission but I asked a sales associate and they said that they do not work on commission, I just find it odd that they always want to sell you some specific item even if it isnt exactly what you need and then want you to buy it right then before doing anymore shopping.

I have been shopping at best buys for years, it is the only place I really buy electronics from. This particular store is a joke, the other reviewers must work there. I purchased an item that should have been BRAND NEW and when I got it home it didnt work and it had someone elses info saved on it and missing pieces - it was a XBOX 360. When I took it back I spent about half an hour waiting while they "tested" it, even though it was clearly a return no one checked - they just put it back on the floor. I returned home after about an hour of waiting when they told me it didnt work and was allowed an exchange. The manager was busy while I was there, so when I got home I called him, to let him know that returns were being placed on the shelf as new, obviously without being checked. He told me that they call it rocks in the box and it happens a lot. No apology from him and he was not suprised at what I told him. Thinking this was maybe a fluke, I bought a washing machine from there a week or so there after this. I took two weeks for it to be delivered and when it arrived IT DIDNT WORK!! The delivery driver checked it and took it back with him when he left. It took days and over 8 phone calls to this store to get another one delivered, no one EVER called me back - I had to keep calling and waiting on hold over 20 minutes several times! Do yourself a favor and find another Best Buy!!

Please stay away from this Best Buy.....After spending nearly an Hour trying to buy a Windows Tablet, and leaving with one of the worst experiences regarding service and product knowledge (First employee said they did not carry any windows tablets and I could only buy it on-line through him (otherwise I couldnt return it), then as I walking out of the store I found a Windows 8 Tablet and asked to speak with the Store manager, an assistant sales manager came up to me (who also knew nothing about tablets and said he would get me a Geek Quad guy to come help me....told him what I wanted and waited 10 minutes, then asked the greeter to find me the REAL store manager and after waiting another 10 minutes, I handed the Greeter my business card and asked the store manager to call me...After 3 hours he still hasnt) ignorance, I stopped at this Office Depot (which one of the Best Buy Employees said didnt carry windows tablets) and was very happy I ran into Adolfo Mora, who knew everything about Tablets and helped me purchase one. I was in and out with my tablet in my hand within 10 minutes....If you need anything Office related including computers and tablets, please go to this Office Depot and ask for Adolfo Mora.....You will be very pleasantly surprised....Buy anywhere expect Best Buy....

Too bad your star rating did not have a -5 because thats what I would rate it at ! I stopped by to perform a very simple task of buying a Samsung tablet e cover . One sales representative was busy talking to a customer so I waited approximately 15 to 20 minutes , when he was through I was inquiring to him about the covers only to be told that he worked in the Hewlett-Packard section , I asked him if he knew who was working that section he said no and walked away ! On the way out I stopped and spoke to the greeter at the front door , I explain to him what had happened and he just said sorry and started laughing ! I spoke to a customer cashier and ask for a manager but due to frustrations I just said sorry Ill take my business elsewhere ! What has happened to customer service and professionalism now a day ? The must not care about their reputation or servicing their customers !

This Best Buy is the reason I will never shop at Best Buy again...... 6/17/2011 today is the release of the Samsung Tab 10.1 I got to the store at 10:15am they said they haven’t gotten the product off the truck from last night. come back in 4 hours with no guarantee that i would get one. I asked if I could pay for it now or have one put on hold as I was the first person in the store asking for it this morning. they said no. It is now 1pm and i just called and now they are saying they don’t know when they will have time to get the tablets off the truck and the lady on the phone had an attitude when i asked what they thought would be a good time to stop by as today is the release and i can’t stay there all day waiting. today is the release of the product they should have it ready. the only reason i haven’t gone to New Egg because i have a few hundred dollars in gift cards.
