Hello, hello, hello, you are the 3rd person to put me on hold, this time its 9 minutes and 36 seconds, where did you go, too??? Hello, hello??? 10 minutes and 37 seconds, and still nothing! Do you idiots no realize how this looks to consumers? 11 minutes and 12 seconds, still nothing, you people are unbelievable! Fire these snobs and give the jobs to someone that really wants to work,,, 12 minutes and counting, forget you, I am on to a different store!!!! Good BYE!!!!

Ive always had a great experience at Staples, especially in the printing department. Nicky is on top of things. I did have one weird encounter with a snooty Anglo Saxon HB high school girl that said, " let me see if your credit card goes through on a Saturday morning as I was purchasing a high price item. " ! I ignored it! Everyone else has been great and I go to staples at least once a week for all business purchases and printing.

had a few questions for the copy center so i called in was put on hold 3 separate times and no one answered was told they went to lunch but its 3pm and who leaves an area unattended? was then put through to the manager who also did not answer this place is useless and the only person who should work here is the girl who answered my call to begin with. Horrible service and i didnt even go in personally. How hard is it to answer a phone?

Brought my computer in because it was freezing up and slow. All they did was reload windows onto my computer, which did not fix the problem. When I let them know the problem was not fixed, they just told me they can do the same thing and that they cant find any virus when another place already showed me it had a virus. High technicians that dont know what their doing. $100 for nothing.

Ignore the naysayers and grumps! Staples is fine! Love Nikki & Angel in the Copy Center, they always go the extra mile to make sure everything is right! Never had any bad service whatsoever. Worse maybe is the checkout line got a little long but they try to keep an eye on that. Ive been to other Staples, Office Maxs and Office Depots and the Staples HB is the best!

Left sensitive documents to be copied at 5:00 p.m. on Monday and they were not finished by 9:00 p.m. as promised. They were unable to locate the order on Tuesday. It was finally located today Wednesday and "supposedly" ready for pick-up.
