After reading some of these reviews, I have to wonder about the attitude of the customer. I have had a good experience with each visit. I dont always find what I want or at the price I had in mind, but the staff is as attentive as they can be. I just ordered a refurbished cell strictly due to price as it has everything a new one has for $200 less. At any rate it was supposed to come with a supercharger and instead I received a Samsung block and an aftermarket wire (Dynex). I took pictures when I opened the box, however when I explained this to the C/S rep, she had an associate bring a new phone, opened the box and handed me the OEM supercharger, stating no need to see the pics and wished me a good night. They were extremely busy and I advised her prior, I was in no rush and could see she was multitasking. As I stood there I witnessed many others who had items to return, exchange etc. and instead of showing some courtesy and respect they attempted to make their issue a number 1 priority. If people would just relax and go with the flow as well as take a look around, you will be taken care of and because youre in a rush, thats your problem, the rest of the store (staff included) dont have to take a back seat....especially during the holiday season. To the guy posting being followed and feeling like they thought you might be stealing, try leaving the trench coat at home in 90 degree weather.

I went in with my child in his carseat clearly struggling with trying to balance everything in my hands, i had already waited in the customer service line when a nice young lady came to assist me with what I was there for. 1 recycling my TV & 2nd picking up my boyfriends XBOX 1 he had purchased. The nice lady told me to meet her at the end and she would help me as soon as she was done with the TV. When we had walked over to where we were told to go one young lady with RED & black hair told us in a very rude manner that we had to go wait back in line, when we had told her we had just come from the line and was told to come to this side she told us "sorry you have to go back over there".. why the hell would I wait back in line if I was already told i was going to be helped shortly & directed this way? As pissed off as I was with her attitude the young lady assisting us to begin with was overall very sweet.. as for the lady with the RED & BLACK hair .. having no compassion & just overall rude demeanor. I would say retrain her & make sure all CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS are doing their job & not making people go back in line to wait after theyve already been told they would be helped at a computer. I work at a nearby hotel & i am always directing guests to go to best buy for chargers & what not..

This Best Buy is awful in terms of customer service or geek squad service. The only time they are pleasant is when you are thinking of purchasing, after that, you are on your own. The geek squad always takes between 3-21 days minimum to fix any problem with your item(mine have been computers). Also, even when i have had a reservation to pick up my item I have had to wait. The customer service is awful, the lines are terrible all the time, no matter the day. They are understaffed big time there. Also forget trying to call in your problem without holding 30-60 minutes. In addition, I once ordered a software online to pick up in store, I wanted to get it on my lunch break so I went and picked it out,walked it up the CS counter(matched the SKUS and all) and they said they couldnt process the transaction until I received the pickup email, even though I had already paid with an order #! So I waited nearly an hour before giving up and waiting another day before picking up my item.

ALL ITEMS I HAVE PURCHASED HAVE BROKEN. I have purchased a portable dvd player, t.v. and 2 laptop computers during the past few years. My first portable dvd player stopped working and I figured since I had warranty I could either have them give me a new one but the same model or I could try to have them fix it. They "fixed" it, but then a month later it broke again. I then had to replace it with a new one, same model. THEN, a couple of month later it completely broke and we just figured wed buy a different model. I bought the t.v in 2009 and its been running smoothly, until around February or March of 2010 the dvd player would not eject the dvd I had in there. And NOW the tvs image will not turn on, as in the sound will but you wont see anything. Lastly, I purchased a laptop in 2008 and around late 2009, if I wear to unplug it after charging, it would turn off and I found out that I could only use it when plugged. Save your time. DONT go there.

I was looking for a hard cover with a clip for my phone they had hundreds to choose from and they were so busy, i was going to leave and come back when they were not so busy, the gentleman at the door asked me if i could find everything ok ? i told him NO in a rude tone, he called over someone to help me and as he was doing everything he could to please me, the Manager (I am assuming) was right there to guarantee I was getting properly attended to and leaving a happy customer, I have exactly what i was looking for,. for a awesome price> I absolutely left there a satisfied customer I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE BEST BUY IN ORANGE they have the nicest and most helpful workers I have seen in a long. PS this is the first time i have ever left a review for anything

I was lied to, the staff didnt tell each other what I wanted. I was told that I had to wait an hour for the software to be installed and then they said it would be 24 hours. 3 days later they still didnt put my software on and tried to pass me off with an inferior computer. I had to stand over them as they installed my software, which they didnt do right. and then they canceled my subscription to my protection plan! Bust Buys Home office recommended that I just return the computer for a full refund, which I am going to do. WARNING TO EVERYONE: This Best Buy is totally messed up. They have the lowest customer satisfaction in Best Buy and will screw you over. Go someplace else.

Clean store with ample parking and lots of nice product showcases. One glaring problem with this store is that the staff here are not a solid authority on the products. For the most part, those looking to buy electronics or appliances should just go to use the products first-hand and research items themselves. Take anything a sales associate spits out with a grain of salt and never buy open box items, they dont seem to test the items rigorously enough for issues prior to hocking them back to customers. Also, Geek Squad protection is more of a hassle than its worth. They give you the run-around often versus actually owning up to faulty items and offering exchanges.
