I will never pre-order from this store again, EVER! I pre-ordered the Super Smash Bro.s for the Wii U bundle that includes the limited edition controller, an adapter for game cube controllers, and the Game for a half decent price. Maybe Best Buy doesnt know what pre-order means. It means you buy the game or put some money down in advance to pretty much reserve the game, its like a guarantee that you will get your copy once the game comes out. Anyway, so when I go to the store to pick up my game low and behold they dont have it! I ask, "why dont you have it?" They respond, "We never got a shipment." I get that if they are honestly saying they never got any then, ok I guess your hands are tied but you could have at least let the people that made a pre-order know that. They could have called us up to let us now, but nope, nothing. I called after a few days to see if they got a new shipment in yet but still they havent gotten one. I explained to the lady over the phone my situation from earlier in the week and how they never had any to my understanding. The lady over the phone told me that they did in fact receive a shipment on the day the game was released but only a small amount, so only SOME of those who pre-ordered actually received the game. All I can say is that if I had just pre-ored at Game Stop I cant see this happening. I even stopped by a Game Stop in my area that night the game came out to check if they have the game and they were sold out too, unless you pre-orded. Later in the week I called costumer service to put in a complaint. After being put on hold for about an hour and transferred from person to person, I was connected to some lady that sounded like she had just woken up from a slumber after a night out of partying and drinking and it was so echo-ie, like she was sitting alone in an empty warehouse. Needless to say she wasnt much of a help after our conversation of, "what, what, I cant understand you," about 7 times. Morale of the story: If I pre-order something I expect it be there when I come to pick it up. If its not there, then show a little effort in costumer service and give us a heads up of what to expect. ...Im going to just get my games from Game Stop from now on.

Horrible experience at the Glendora location. Came to buy a camera, knew exactly what I wanted, no one came to assist me, had to ask for help twice and the moment I was assisted I was immediately brushed off and was told that the color I wanted was not carried in stores only online, then saw the employee (dressed like a manager) return to his conversation with fellow friends. So I called a near by location, the lady at the Durate location was of great service and informed me that they do carry the color I wanted in stores and unfortunately theyre location didnt have it but Glendora did, Just the store I came from. Grrrrrr made me very angry. I just did a pick up order instead so I dont have to experience the unfriendly customer service. Such an inconvenience for me but I needed the item and didnt have time to wait.

As far as store accomodations, personell and service no complaint there. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED... DO NOT BUY THE EXTENTED SERVICE PLAN! ITS EXPENSIVE AND FULL OF LOOPS HOLES, THE WILL EXPLOIT THEM IN ORDER NOT TO HONER UNDER THE WARRANTY. THE SALESPERSON WILL SWEETLY TRY TO SELL YOU THE WARRANTY, BUT YOU WILL ONLY FIND THE LOOPHOLES AS SOON AS YOU NEED THE WARRANTY. We had an appointment with the geek squad to repair our $2400.00 LCD and the geek squad rep. wanted us to confess that we purposely and malisiously damaged our own tv set. Update 8/31/2010 customer sevice called me to let me know they could not send the geek squad again because they all ready made their desition and she let me know that each geek squad visit even if they do not touch your tv COST THEM $ 150.00 WOW .

DO NOT SHOP THIS STORE! CONSIDER PRODUCTS AS IS. Read the man review. Spot on! They do not help with any warrenty problem. Shop at Frys. Best buy store manager has store credit he can play around with, but ripped me off instead. In 2008 I bought a surround-sound unit from this store $700. For the next year I played getting this junk to work/bring to store. B4 the year was up, best buy stopped carrying that model (wonder why). Manager would only give me a $300 store credit (best buy corp told me it was w/in his power to give me the whole credit) Now the $300 Sony won't play, the run-around has started again. Star is for the folk who help with DVDs. They rock.

I really dislike Best Buy overall. Their prices are a total ripoff, and typically their employees are idiots. This store is a bit of an exception. Every time I have needed anything out of the ordinary, they have gone out of their way to help me. The fact that the customer service I have received at this store is so good makes me happy to shop there. That said, Best Buy prices are a total ripoff. Make sure you have a price matching app (like ShopSavvy) so that you can have them pricematch with Amazon, Newegg, Frys or Microcenter.

Always helpful...I buy a lot of electronics and end up at the Glendora location at least a couple of times a month. The lines can be long at the service desk, but Ive found that the employees are usually very friendly and helpful. Theres a girl at the service desk--dark hair and glasses, though I cant remember her name--that always goes above and beyond. Ive had negative experiences at Best Buy, but not at this location. I was honestly surprised by the number of negative reviews, because that hasnt been my experience at all.

I will never purchase any product from Best Buy again. Their after sale service is horrible. After nearly four hours on the phone, six hours waiting for various scheduled delivery times, more than 20 hours waiting for return calls, and still waiting for delivery, I cancelled my order. I will never purchase from them again. They had a history of poor after sale service with us, but because of a recent nearly flawless purchase, we decided to try one more time. Bad decision.

Wow best buy took advantage of me ... ive been paying insurance on my phone for 2 years now.. the one time i go to use it for a small crack on my phone screen.. they tell me its another 199$ deposit to use my insurance What crooks my phone is so old i can buy a new one for 199$... do not buy phones here they tell you one story when you buy and change it when you need there sevices... bad business do not trust best buy
