They delivered the rental with broken parts and promised replacements in a week. Well over a year later and multiple time ordering the parts we didnt get them replaced until we stopped making payments. Two weeks later we had the parts replaced. Not to mention the herassment, calling about making payments up to two weeks before its due the entire rental experience. Will NEVER deal with this branch again, will continue to warn others of my experiences and will be very cautious dealing with brand, if ever, again.
