I live very far away and I rode all the way there. When I got there I told the guy I needed a 2.5 male to and 3.5 female audio jack and he gave me a 3.5 to a 3.5. I just learned this upon arriving back at my house. now I have to ride 5 miles back. All because this guy couldnt do the ONE job he had. Also, there was no one else there and one of the employees was just watching YouTube on a mac with another...

While I am not impressed with their new design and layout, I am happy that the specialist there was able to find a battery for my childs RC car. We had looked everywhere for it and he was able to get a special order. Thanks Radio Shack!
