LOVE this place!! I called Car Part Haus over the phone and they informed me right away about everything they offer, they sell new and used engines and transmissions for ALL car types, and since I personally was looking for a used car engine for my brother, I was able to go ahead and purchase right over the phone. I spoke to Ed and he was able to give me a price quote and everything right then and there :) Made it so easy on me, and they really know their stuff which was super helpful because I do not lol. They also offer free shipping to their customers mechanic and also offer a free 1 year warranty, so of course I had to come on here and rave about them. They really are the best around and so polite, you can tell they take pride in their work and really value customer satisfaction. And not to mention, the deals are awesome. So so happy with my service, highly recommend!! :)

Ordered a used motor from them that was described as perfect condition. The motor arrived and was leaking oil from every possible place. I called and asked to return the motor and was told "we dont do refunds." I told them the motor is ready for pick-up for return whenever they would like. I filed a claim with my credit card company after not hearing back from them. They are now telling my credit card company that I refused to allow them to pick up the motor. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They will say anything to make you think youre getting a good part and then send you garbage and fight you when you try to return it. Still in the process of fighting them through the credit card company but wanted to warn other potential customers.
