for starts there is only 1 person I know thats ok ross but jeff and that other guy at the end is bad for business sometimes you can go in there and smell pot when your talking to jeff and the other guy dont have a clue about car parts but there all rude it seems and dont keep help very long always new people and prices are just to high but ive done business with them a lot over the years its just convenient and they mostly have what you need

The battery went out on my truck. Gary greated me as soon as I walked in. He was very friendly, professional and had a willing attitude to help me. Very knowledgeable. God forbid anything else goes out on my truck. But when it does, Ill be back at this Napa. Thanks.

Not very helpful. Called looking for a part, gave them car info and they wanted to know specific engine. My car only came with one engine, shouldnt be that hard.
