I am not one to typically go to furniture stores in the Rice Lake area. But Furnish 123 really has it going for them! I normally shop at slumberland which to be honest I regret. Within 10 literal seconds of walking into that store I am already being stalked by their salesmen and saleswomen. On one separate ocassion I overheard the GM of the store ask angrily "whos on that guy, is anyone on him!" I initially brushed it off thinking it was just an unprofessional way of asking if he had been helped yet. Honestly shopping at furnish 123 was one of the most relaxing shopping experiences Ive ever had. Once you walk in someone will initially greet you and possibly assist you throughout your shopping process. From my recent experience I felt that I wasnt being prawded to practically take out a second mortgage on my house by buying the most expensive items. At furnish 123 I feel like I am treated like a person not some strangers commission While writing this review it has made me think why I havent been shopping here longer!

I ordered a couch on Feb 9, 2016 with an expected arrival date of Feb 23. After waiting a couple weeks, I called to make sure it was ready to be picked up. I was told that it would be about another month. Now, its the 12th of March and Im being told that it will be at least until the 31st of the month. I would have never known unless I called to check... "All sales are final" I disputed it with my bank and will be getting refunded. Please, dont waste your time with these people. Businesses like this are the reason I will refuse to shop local. Shop Amazon.

I ordered a very large order from them, furnished almost my whole house from here. When ordering my 7 piece very expensive table in October of 2016 it was not delivered tell the end of febuary 2017 (still waiting on the bench that was apart of the table). No communication from the sales people. I had to call every month in regards to the table. They did nothing to compensate for this. They have had to make 3 deliveries cause the first time wrong products were delivered! Do not waste your time or money at this place! -very disappointed customer!

The staff is absolutely amazing. Extremely helpful. We were actually just there today buying two more items and will be going back tomorrow for one more. Counting tomorrows purchase, we have bought 22 items from them over the past 4yrs. We have said many times, even if we move, we will come here to buy our furniture.

made a delivery today was pleasantly surprised. when i arrived only women working pretty though. no men to unload the truck, with no complaints they got right to work, and just earlier this morning at my 1st delivery a grown man was asking me to help him with these light recliner chair boxes... unbelievable
