We purchased a used 2004 Dodge Durango from Blaise Alexander in Red Lion in September of 2016. Being a used vehicle, we were given a one month, 3,000 mile warranty. Within two weeks of purchase, we had the car in the shop because it didnt want to start, and when it did, it acted like it wanted to stall out. The service department could find nothing wrong, but made note of it in our records. Fast forward to December 1, started the car and heard a loud knock coming from the engine. Had it towed to Blaise Alexander, and lo and behold, the engine is blown. After doing some research, we found out this is a common problem with this model year. We put around 1,000 miles on the car in the time we had it. Motors shouldnt just throw a rod unless there was something wrong internally. We pointed this out, and were told they could "help" us by paying $2,000 towards a rebuilt engine that would cost $7,000 for a car thats only worth $6,000, or they could find a used engine from a junkyard. We decided to trade in the Durango, and wanted to buy new so we would have a full warranty. We wanted a 2017 Dodge Journey, but were told that they didnt have any new, and couldnt get a new one from anywhere, but would be happy to sell us another used car. No thank you. We took our business to Stetler Dodge, where they offered us more for the trade, and were able to get us into a brand new car. Youd think if Blaise Alexander had wanted to keep us as customers, they would have done more to correct the situation. All they kept saying was they understand our frustration, but these things happen, and that we need to understand that they would then have to turn around a put a motor in the car anyway so they could sell it, and they werent going to make any money off it. I dont care if they make money or not. They made it seem like it was our fault that the engine blew, and we should have just fixed it and been happy about it. We will never do business with them again, and recommend others do not either.

I thought my experience would have been top notch, but this truly has become the worst ever. I purchased a 2017 Dodge Ram 2500 for 50k and was handed a "we owe you" for a bed liner and a detail because I drove 1 hour to take delivery on this and it wasnt even cleaned, so Chris Albright GM had a sales person wash it because one of the shop guys was detailing a family members Jeep that they just purchased, however after the deal was made we were asked by every staff in the show room to make sure they received a 5 star rating. Well 6 months later, after numerous emails that I still have and several phone calls, I get an email from Glenn Davis who was part of my email chain and also did nothing to fill my "we owe you" slip, that Blaise Alexander has sold to Thornton. So after making some outside source calls I receive a check in the mail for 150.00 to cover the "we owe you " slip. Not sure where you can purchase a bed liner and detail for that cost besides dealing with Chris or Glenn but if someone knows please advise me. This was a true meaning of "let the buyer beware"

Blaise Alexander met all of my expectations. I stopped to take a look at a used Jeep Wrangler Unlimited on their lot. The vehicle was so clean, well maintained and the price so good that I returned 2 days later to inquire further. All employees(Keith, Terry and Eric) I dealt with were very attentive and courteous. If they didnt know the answer to my question, they got me the answer quickly. The entire negotiation process was no hassle and they were very very fair with my trade in. Definitely would recommend to anyone considering buying a vehicle

My girlfriend recently bought a used Kia from here. The salesmanwas, Keith, was transparent and honest about the minor hail damage. They agreed to fix a window switch as part of transaction, and took the initiative of cleaning off paint that sprayed the car due to running over a spray paint can, while on vacation with the vehicle, which allowed us to cancel our comprehensive insurance claim. She was head over heels impressed with the customer service. As was I. I highly recommend this dealership, Keith, and the Service department.

Just bought my jeep from this team and they were so awesome to work with! Not really sure what I was expecting but I couldnt be happier! Everyone was welcoming (not pushy like Ive experienced elsewhere) and the managers I met Chris and Jake were excellent as well. Highly recommend the Blaise team in red lion ... this is my 5th vehicle purchase (all from different dealerships) and by far the best experience Ive had. thank you to the team there for finding me the perfect jeep! LOVE. IT!!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE. I took my jeep in for a regular inspection, oil change and O2 sensor. They charged me 400+ for a failed inspection, an oil change that didnt use synthetic oil, and they NEVER put in the O2 Sensor. Not to mention that fact that the service advisor lied directly to me over the phone about an inspection issue. Would never recommend them, unfortunately they are the closest place. Ill drive out of my way to avoid them.

Brandon and Jake worked well to help inform and show us everything about our vehicle. They even set us up with a free detail and dropped the vehicle off at my wifes work when finished. They worked well past closing to get all out stuff together. They also helped us do research on our other prospective purchasers so we didnt have to waste time finding out they were already sold. :-)

Great Dealership, Caleb and Brian were fantastic went above and beyond to not only get us into a vehicle to fit our needs but worked hard so we could get something newer and even nicer than we were hoping for, all while making sure it wasnt something that was out of our payment range. Great experience, would recommend to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle.

Dont go to this dealership for any reason! They will not be honest with you at all. We went to buy a used truck from them and they only told us of one credit offer. We found out later that there were two more and one of them was for a much better interest rate them they disclosed to us. We recommend driving right buy this place.

Went in for a tire patch. Had a 10am appointment and waited 2 hours for them to finish. 3 days later my tire pressure was back down. Took my jeep in again and they told me they I didnt stand behind their tire repairs. I will NEVER go here for maintenance again. I highly recommend Penn tire in Dallastown for tire repairs.

Best service I have ever received from a Dealer. Needed the UConnect Nav replaced on my Dodge Journey. Aaron and Logan even came out to my house to get Codes needed to order the new one. I had stopped going to dealers years ago because of bad service. Aaron and Logan were Great!
