Warning - Read this before you buy After recovering from a medical issue that wiped me out financially, I was in the market for a cheap, but reliable car. Certified was my 1st stop after spending time online finding few cars in my price range. Certified had a low mileage car that seemed acceptable. A 2000 Lexus ES 300. The test drive revealed a few issues that the owner said he would take care of. This was the beginning of the worst car buying experience I have ever had. Over the next 63 days of ownership Certified had my car for 31 days during 6 visits to repair a steering problem. Each time I got the car back because they said it was fixed, it was not in fact fixed, and remains unfixed. The steering problem was also seen and diagnosed by the people doing the alignments on 2 occasions, which Certified would not listen to. I also tried to be helpful and offer my 2 cents and hopefully end up with a fix that didnt cost Certified more than necessary. My intended helpful insight was coming from 3 certified car mechanics and the internet, plus my own experiences. The symptoms became more pronounced as the car accumulated miles, 646 of which Certified put on the car. My warning is this: If you buy a car here, be sure it has no mechanical problems and pray none come up in the next 1,000 miles. If you do have a problem, like I did, they may do what they did to me. They replaced, what may have been good parts, with after market, cheep parts, trying to get rid of the problem. They used several mechanics who didnt have the whole story, so diagnosing the problem was not done. I have now ended up with major steering and suspension parts replaced with cheep after market parts and the partial fix was to grease a part that was binding all along and does not call for grease. To say Im dissatisfied is quite the understatement. My final visit to Certified to pick up my car, because they said it was fixed and also said it still pulls to the right, was met with the greatest hostility so far. I asked if they would look over the car with me and test drive it so we both could say it was really fixed this time. The final comments from the owner to me was he didnt want to hear a word from me, no he would not look at it or sit next to me in the car and to take my car and leave or he would call the police. In my case they were not in the business of trying to satisfy a customer or honor a warranty. A side note: what this dealer didnt know is that I do have experience with cars and machinery. I built race cars and engines with the retired Head of the Mercedes Race Program, I built all of my engines while racing Karts that got me to state championships. I trained in the Merchant Marines as I obtained licenses for engineering and finally Unlimited Pilot. So I do have an understanding of what was going on.

Fairly priced quality used cars with no pressure sales. We purchased a Avalon from them several years ago. Car was super clean and in good shape except for a few bumper rubs. After about 6 months of trouble free ownership , I noticed a slow coolant leak and also noticed I was slowly loosing power steering fluid as well. I took it in to my regular shop near my home and was horrified to find out it needed a new radiator and a new power steering pump, to the tune of almost $2000. Well I called up Certified and asked them to help. They not only repaired the car at a fraction of what my regular shop but they were able to get it done while I was out of town. I do not blame Certified for the problems. Toyotas plastic radiators only seem to last about 100K miles and pumps are known to fail as well. I liked the fact that Certified cared enough to fix the car at their cost, which saved me more than 1/2 of what the local service shop wanted. Thanks Certified! When I need another car you will be my first stop. :-)

Going to Certified Auto Sales was the best decision I ever made! I have been to several dealerships to only be harassed and feel unsatisfied with the salesmen that were helping me. Certified allowed me to peruse at my leisure without any pressure. Which is something that few dealerships let you do. They also have their vehicles reasonably priced. Mileage on the vehicles there are reasonable as well. I love the car that I picked! It runs wonderfully! I would recommend this dealership to everyone and anyone looking for their next car.

I found this dealer on the internet & gave them a call. We made 3 trips to see them before deciding on a car for our 16 year old daughter. They were the easiest people to get along with, and had absolutely no problem dealing with them. My daughter was & still is very satisfied with her car. For a used car I would go to them before any other, and would recommend their services to anyone shopping for a used car!

They are a small used car dealership but they provide quality cars at affordable prices. I bought a used Honda from them more than 3 years ago and I havent had to make any repairs on it yet. At least two other friends bought their cars from them after my recommendation and theyre very satisfied as well.

I have bought several cars from them over the years, have sent them friends to buy cars ( some have bought several), and I intend to do so again shortly.
