First of all their prices are 30-40% markup over blue book value and the cars are far more deteriorated then at first glance. The worst part is that they lie right to your face to get you in the car. Lie about paperwork. Lie about policies. Do not buy a car from this company. The warranty is a sham. It is NOT TRANSFERABLE if you sell the already overpriced vehicle. I took the car back within 72 hours and they tried to tell me Sunday counted as a day, while the paperwork clearly says it doesnt, and the loan department agreed with me and the branch STILL argued about it. Luckily, i DID have that paperwork. Then when I return the vehicle, I sign paperwork saying I turned it in on time, and the manager tried to walk away with it before giving me a copy. When I asked about a copy, he said "we keep these records here." Good, but I want a copy of it. Refund of deposit? Oh. 5-7 days we will call you. 2 weeks, no call. I call them and they say to call the corporate loan office. Loan office called the branch and the check was sent OVERNIGHT to them and sitting on the same guys desk that told me they didnt have it. Ill give them one thing. One star for being good at pretending they are nice and just want to make you happy. Thanks!

Purchasing a car from Drive Time was the worst decision Ive ever made in my entire life. I made a $3500 down payment on my 2012 Hyundai Elantra. Sticker price was $15k. Signing price was $18k. Keep in mind these 3 horrible things: First of all the sticker price is one thing but at my signing the price was over $3,000 more than the sticker. Second of all my payments are set up bi-monthly and I pay $7.30 per day interest for every day that incurs between each payment so that actually means $109.50 is added to my payments each time even though I make my payments on time. Thirdly, nobody told me that when I make a payment that is more than what is due, they will post it All towards interest and your remaining balance will Not be affected. Its like making payments to an invisible force, they keep the money and your balance doesnt change. Based on these 3 facts I would Not recommend Drive Time/Bridgecrest Financial to my worst enemy. I believe they know you will not be pleased once you realize what youve gotten into so the sales team will make you write a review of your experience before leaving the dealership. They know that after the fact YOU WILL BE PISSED!!!

I have just recently purchased a vehicle from Drive Time, but I have never had the experience from any Dealerships as I have had from Drive Time employees Zach Stewart, Kendrick Smith and Tim Clayton. They were phenomenal and was very sincere in making sure I had the most courteous service that there was to offer. Everything was explained clearly to where I gained full understanding, drinks was offered and it just felt family oriented which is what I really liked. If I were to recommend any dealership, I would definitely say go to DRIVE TIME and see those very same gentlemen that I referenced above. Everyone was extremely nice, but I have to give credit to these three men that were there for me from beginning to end. I even got a full tank of gas before I left off the lot!!! Thank you Drive time and I personally thank ZACH STEWART, KENDRICK SMITH and TIM CLAYTON for their total Drive Time Hospitality.

We just purchased a truck at Drive Time (Newport News). Go see Selina, the best sales person Ive ever had. And she was the best by far! She did an amazing job on everything. She helped us get into the car we wanted, at a great price, and her customer service was bar none. She vaccumed and clean the car before we drove off the lot. She even brought us hot popcorn while we waited and worked on the various aspects of the sale. Her attention to detail, updates, genuine care, and good conversation made the time go fast. She make the process easy and not stressful like at most dealerships. This girl will make the deal happen and treat you like gold in the process.

Scam!!!! They scamed me I to a car that was not suppose to be sold! I found this out after five months of having the car! They then told me to return the car and still make payments on the car even after they where the ones who couldnt get the car registered ! They blamed everything on everyone else when They where the ones with faulty paperwork. I couldnt believe the tricks they tried with me never again! Be careful ! Because even though they accept everyone they prey on people they believe they can get away with tricking have someone with you if you are a female and especially if you are young!

OMG! From the first call from Ariel Martin asking me about possibly purchasing another vehicle till we signed the paperwork, there was nothing but positivity, professionalism, efficiency, and downright exceptional customer service. The Saturday that we were browsing, they were very busy at this location but the staff was very helpful and checked on us as we were waiting for the next available person. Salina Brown answered my call earlier in the day when I just had questions and she was so good I came in to see her and bought a beautiful family van. She is awesome. The manager that day was working hard and still made me feel appreciated while he tried to help everyone out. A great team of people. This was my first experience with drive time and I WILL be back.
