Si pudiera darle 0 Estrellas se lo daria.por favor no vayan a este lugar si no quieren salir estafados.a mi m enganaron con un carro del 2008 q supuestamente tenia 32 mil y estaba en perfectas condiciones.cuando pregunte si tenia algun tipo d accidente m dijeron muy seguros q no.m hicieron comprar obligatoriamente una garantia excesivamente cara,en fin hicieron leña del arbol caido pq Ellos sabian q era nueva en el pais y no sabia nada d carros.al tiempo cuando m decidi a cambiar el carro Por algo mejor y fui a otro dealer m sacan el historial del carro y m entero q el carro tenia 139 mil millas cuando m lo vendieron y q Ellos le Habian Bajado las millas en el dealer.ademas tenia un accidente donde casi fue perdida total y tenia dañadas las bolsas d aire.estoy pagando la novatada bien Caro,Estoy pagando mi carro Nuevo y ademas lo q quede debiendo del otro q llevaba casi un año pagando una letra altisima y todavia le Debia 14000.solo espero q el karma se encargue d todos y cada uno d Los embaucadores q alli trabajan. if I am able to give minus then it will express exactly my rate. This is the worst car dealership I have ever seen on earth. I was about to buy a Chevrolet Malibu 2014 ,37K miles, CASH to my brother with Biltmore Motors and fortunately I didnt. I made an agreement with LEO on a full price (with taxes and dealer fees) then I left to my bank to get a cashier check but was shocked when I got back to their place because they asked for more 1,000$. I got upset and LEO responses were incredibly disrespectful, so I left. An hour later, LEO called and claimed that there are two Malibus 37k and 44k miles and I can come to pick up the 44k miles Malibu for the same price that we made at the first time I visited. Later on, I gave him an offer on the 37k miles and sent him a message just to make sure that he wont change his mind and he responded "YES MY FRIEND". Therefore, I went one more time to my bank to make another cashier check !!! guess whattt .... when I went to Biltmore motors, LEO said no I cant go to the price that you mentioned on your text and the owner refused. At that time, I was extremely pissed off and told him frankly " I would never ever recommend Biltmore Motors". He made a call and get back to me and said that they dont want to sell me the car BECAUSE my comments!!!! HOW RUDE SIMPLY, I wasted the whole day for no sense, went two times back and forth from Kendall to their auctions and made then cancelled two cashier checks. Absolutely NOT RECOMMENDED

Estoy muy satisfecha con mi compra, no solo por el vehiculo, si no por el trato y la honestidad. Debemos entender que hay muchos factores que hacen que los precios Oxilen y saber que a pesar de su satisfactorio Servicio al Cliente no deja de ser un negocio. Al final nadie te presiona a firmar, si son honestos con su preosupuesto y muestran Documentacion y reporte de Crédito te ayuda saldrás satisfecho y feliz manejando el carro que escojas con una ilusión pero siempre con mentalidad realista. Arty Rojas es sumamente sincero y realista y te ayuda incansablemente hasta que se ajusten a tus necesidades. Muy atento y amable. ¡Yo estoy feliz!

SHADDY BUSINESS If you are planning on buying a car you have to do some research, specially if you go to this place. Be prepared to pay 25% more of what the car is worth, not including the finance, which every day theyll come up with another term that they failed to mention (if you want copy of the documentation that you signed you have to fight for every piece); and have some money ready for repairs because they wouldnt even honor their ONE MONTH warranty: I bought a car a week ago and when I call the salesman to let him know that the car wasnt working due to a battery that I found out later was already in overtime, he told me that it wasnt covered, that they would do an exception a replace it if I got there but since there was nobody around to give me a jump start I would have to pay the 30 miles towing out of my pocket... Thank God it happened in the middle of the day and I found a battery place that I was able to walk to buy a new one... now they dont want to reimburse me the money for it, because they were going to "replace it". Wish me luck because Ive just been one week into this nightmare where every day is another unpleasant surprise

Horrible service, dirty fat, called Arty Rojas, can not speak. speaks badly of immigrants and this person is an Indian. never go ther..!!! el sr Arty rojas es tremendo sucio,no sabe hablar,no sabe hacer negocios ,ni tratar con la gente. Tremendo indio,no entiendo como pueden tener esa clase de gente en este pais!!...nada de lo que hay en la website es verdad,cuando llegues te van a querer Robar.... Nunca vallas...gente latina nunca vallas a ese dealer sucio con gente azqueroza.!

Bueno quiero regresar en unos pocos días a Biitmore Motors...En años pasados compre un auto en este Dealer del 2011....Estuve checando y me gustó otro auto que tienen en el lote.... El Banco Financiador es Santander Bank Que me financia el Auto Espero no tener problemas pues mi crédito es very poor.. Mi esperiencia con el Dealer es buena aunque tengo una queja que no quiero comentar aquí.... Espero no se repita esa mala experiencia Por eso regresó al Dealer por segunda ocasión.....

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I specifically asked for the cash price vs. financing and the gentleman I spoke to (Fernando) told me there was no difference. Right before signing the purchase agreement the guy added an extra $1000 saying that there was a disclaimer of an extra fee for financing. I told the owner I was pretty disappointed and he was extremely rude and told me he didnt want my business. Unbelievable. Fernando and Alex are your typical used cars salesmen (all lies and deceit) and the owner has THE WORST business ethics Ive ever seen. Also, $1488 dealership fee? Get out of here! I ended up getting the same exact car but newer at my local Acura with exceptional service and a MUCH more reasonable price without hidden fees.

Saben tratar bien a las personas....pero el precio total del carro deben revisarlo cuando lleguen al banco pq nunca te lo dicen un carro del 2011 de 13 mil $ vas a terminar pagando 25 mil con aproximadamente una letra de $306.....si no revisas bien los papeles terminas pagando un carro del ano..

The lord knows I needed help thank god I went to Biltmoremotors , I was helped by Arty and I explained my situation and he looked at me and said I have an option for you , I was like no way possible if could be good but I was wrong he gave me a beautiful Toyota Camry with my situation as it was and I didnt have to break the piggy bank , in a year and a half my credit with good payments will skyrocket !! Im happy with my new car !! I even recommended a friend in need and my friend was also treated with the same courtesy and respect it felt like family in there! Im going back later in life for my dream car YES they have luxury cars!!!!!!
