I wouldnt recommend Auto Plus to anyone, not even my worst enemy. Nothing about this process was smooth, not even simply paying for my tag!! This is about to be a long one so get ready! I first went to Auto Plus on a Tuesday morning, fresh off work. I should have left when I met a young lady waiting there to have her car repaired. Shed purchased the same car I wanted a few weeks prior and was back because they gave her a mismatched headlight. Once I told her what car I wanted she said "Ooh I hope they dont take the light out your car and put it in mine!" *side eye* So anyway, after I test drove it, I was ready to sign & go with a few exceptions! All four tires were bald, the interior was sticky, the seat belt in the back was stuck in the seat and the check engine light was on. All of which I was assured would be fixed and ready to go within 2 hours. Foolishly, I signed and went home to nap while they worked on the car. Four hours later I was called to come pick up the car.. I got there to find a car that still had a check engine light on, sticky interior, seat belt stuck in the seat, oh and a mismatched headlight!! It seemed to me the only thing that was done was the tires! I let them know and they told me to come back tomorrow so they could fix it. Oookay I thought that was what was happening the last 4 hours, but whatever, I went back on Wednesday morning. They told me the car would be ready by end of business Wednesday. Was it? Nope! I was then told first thing Thursday. Was it ready? Of course not! They told me they had to order the headlight and that was the reason the check engine light was on. They said the headlight would be in first thing Friday. By now Im beyond irritated but okay, I just want the car to be right. Friday at about 12pm I showed up at the car lot since no one had called me yet. I was informed the car wouldnt be ready until end of business Saturday because there was also a safety update that had to be done, so they would give me a loaner. I wasnt happy, but again, okay! Was the car ready Saturday? You guessed it, NOPE! So instead of someone calling me as a courtesy to let me know, I had to call and found out the car wouldnt be ready until end of business on Monday. Okay this time when Monday came, they were ready for me to pick up the car.. I get there and the headlight is fixed, the interior is clean BUT THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS STILL ON & my seat belt is still stuck in the back seat!!! So Im wondering what the heck took all week to be done if the light is still on. Tired of getting the run around, I take the car to Autonation Chevrolet where I learn the check engine light is on due to $600 worth of repairs that need to be done! I was also told the dealership mustve known about the issue because someone tried to fix it and did it wrong. Also, there were 2 recalls on the vehicle that needed to be done. So if Auto Plus had the car all week for a safety update, why werent the recalls done???! Hmmm. Of course Auto Plus refused to take care of the $600 repairs because I bought the car "as-is." Wow! I was sold a car that they knew had mechanical issues and basically was told "too bad!" I must say, they did let their mechanic look at it again but he claimed autonation was wrong and there was another issue actually with the car.. I mean, who would you listen to?? To be continued...

ATTENTION ATTENTION IF YOU WANT A RELIABLE CAR TGIS IS NO PLACE TO GO MY BUYING EXPERIENCE WAS A TOTAL NIGHTMARE I PURCHACED A 2006 INFINTI THAT WAS A COMPLETE LEMON THE CAR HAD ALL FOUR BALD TIRES A GAS METER ISSUE THAT HAD ME ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD NOT TO MENTION THE HUB ASSEMBLY AND AXLE WENT OUT ON ME THE HEAD LIGHT BARELY WORKED IT WAS TIMES I HAD TO LEAVE THE CAR RUNNING JUST IN FEAR OF THE CAR NOT CRANKING FOR ME......SOMETIMES YOULL EVEN SMELL GAS COMING THROUGH THE AC VENT I CALLED SEVERAL TIME NO ANSWERS FER UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS I WWNT BACK TO THE CAR LOT FOR ME MY MONEY BACK OR DIFFERENT CAR WHEN I GOT THERE THEY DEMANDES THAT I PAY 1500 DOLLARS IVE HAD THE CAR FOR 2 MONTHS WITHOUT A BANK FUNDING ME THE BANK THAT THEY TOLD FUNDED THE DEAL WAS A TOTAL LIE THAT BANK HAD NO PAPERWORK FOR THE DEAL OR THE LOAN.......THESE CROOKS DIDNT WANT TO EVEN GIVE ME A COPY OF MY PAPER WORK SO PLEASE WHAT EVER YPU DO DONT GET A CAR FROM THESE FRAUDS

WOW. I have to say that when the dealer says they work with you, THEY WORK WITH YOU!. AutoPlus has me riding in my dream car, a LEXUS. My experience here has been great. Bernie is the man, he will make you laugh and feel comfortable and gives you the correct info on everything. Yarys the finance manager is awesome and a great person, he seemed to care of the vehicle I wanted and put me to ride on exactly what i wanted to drive off the lot in. They will work with you from beginning to end and believe me you will drive off happy. I really appreciate the customer service i received here. My brother also drove off in his dream car a Chevy Camaro and is just as happy as I am. I definitely recommend this dealer, they are honest good people and great business people. Lets not forget that i got to meet the owner and WOW, he is super nice and caring. what else can i say. AWESOME. REALLY REALLY HAPPY. THANKS AUTOPLUS.

Worst and scariest experience Ive ever had in my life. They tried to get me to pay for three extra months car payments. Said I drove the car for the first three months and didnt pay, they had to make the payments. Had to varyfy with the bank. Before that they added an extra $510 to my final payment which they had to remove. God knows how many unsuspecting persons the pulled this on and got away. Wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy. Oh they also tried to make pay for my tags twice $206. Im still not sure if I should have paid any at all because I turned my previous tags in. I hope someone from the relevant authorities sees this and check them out. Dont buy from these people, if you have to check your paper work, save your receipt, and if something doesnt look right let them explain it to you as if you 5 years old. God be with you all.

Better than Weston Toyota!! - - I bought my 1st car @ Weston Toyota/Scion and the car wasnt that great it needed a brake job, it had no spare tire, it wasnt cleaned it was a trade in and the previous owner had blonde hair stuck to the driver seat I only took it because the price was right - THIS PLACE IS BETTER I wasnt really expecting that because I never heard of it I am glad I was recommended to go I went in and applied for financing before going there and was told I was approved for something I went in just to talk numbers and I left with the car! I test drove the car for a good 10 mins and heard a flat tire - - before leaving the lot they gave me a new tire! I love it, their customer service was great! Everyone was super nice, super friendly and honest they explained everything and inform you on what are your best options!
