Not like any other car purchase ever made. I was Informed not pressured I was looked out for by the them. I felt as if every word I said was taken into sincere regard, not once was I pushed to up my budget and they put me in what I wanted.... that was maybe even a little more because I had the ability to financially work with them they made sure I left THRILLED! Jesus the Salesman there I sincerely stand behind, he has extensive knowledge on BMW you can tell he loves what hes selling! He got me in the vehicle I wanted and I left feeling like everyone was happy. If your considering Buying a Car GO HERE I went to a lot of local ones and not nearly the inventory or the class, Love you Guys!!!

We were looking for a great condition, low mileage, used car for our daughters first vehicle. After finding JV Auto Wholesale online, we were able to work over the phone to get all the information we needed to make a decision on a car. Since we lived over an hour away, Jesus and his staff were happy to work with me over the phone to answer all my questions and get me all the information we needed. They were very responsive, incredibly kind and understanding. They worked hard to make sure that we were comfortable and happy with our choice. Cars were nice, clean, and the staff was wonderful.

Did not mention the problems the car has. The engine and air lights were one and the car was shaking hard when start the engine. I took the car to a local auto repair shop and they quoted me 635 dollars to fix the problem. Who knows other other problems I will have in the future?I wish I had paid more attention to the bad reviews. They also did not send me the gas gift card they promised and ignored my text since they sold the car. Do not trust this seller. Bad business. I am planning to make a legal action. I wish I could give 0 star if Google allowed me.

The worst dealer is Miami! Dont buy any cars from this dealer; they are not professional and they make fake promises. Be careful with this people. Horrible experience.
