This was supposed to be an easy and simple fix, my last visit to Mercedes Bens Of Pembroke Pines was a very frustrating one as i only came in to purchase a key since my only key stopped working all of sudden and I was told i had to tow in my vehicle in order purchase a new key. My vehicle was towed in on Aug/5 and I met with my service advisor Mr. Artilles when I explained my issue to him at which point without even giving me even 5 minutes of his time very quickly looked at my old key and said I only needed the new case and did not require a new blade for the new key mean while telling me the key would would be there next day or take a maximum of 48hr so I left the dealer trusting my advisor is going to do what he gets paid to do. Wednesday Thursday and Friday go by meanwhile Im paying a rental since I have no car; on Saturday a gentleman contacts me and tells me that my key was never ordered by Mr. Artilles and wanted to confirm the order with me before he calls it in... (I was in disbelieve), and i told him I only needed the case as Mr. Artilles recommended and most importantly that I needed to speak to the service manager (no luck), I called numerous other times on sat and monday but was given the runaround and was told to either wait until tuesday for the key or another week when Mr. Artilles came back from vacation, of course I opted for Tuesday since I was still paying for a rental. Tuesday came and finally I was contacted by the dealer to pick up the vehicle and to be honest I was ready to put all the mistakes and bad service behind and just pick up my car but after I made the payment and was finally given the key a very helpful valet guy brings up to my attention that Mr. Artilles recommendation that I DID NOT require a blade(the metal key) was Wrong since my old blade did not fit the new key, so I went back in tried to look for a manager but all of the sudden there was no body there to help me and not surprising the manager was not available and if I wanted to even see the service manager I was supposed to wait another TWO hours... This ordeal has cost me days of work, a rental, stress, time and all of this just for a simple key. Over the years I have spent thousands of dollars in services at this dealer (Out of pocket) I have no warranty, and I just feel that I was treated as a less valued customer just because Im still holding on to loved 2004 E class. I work and make a living in service also, taking care of sick patients and to me SERVICE and CARE mean EVERYTHING for a client/patient and I truly felt very unvalued and it is not fair, it doesnt feel good... just put your self in my shoes. Today is september 3rd and I still have not received a call from Mr. Artilles or anybody for that matter this travesty has been so frustrating that I still dont even want to go back to the dealer even to purchase the rest of the key. VERY UNHAPPY.

I purchased my car mind you I was charged 25% interest due to not having much credit (witch is perfectly fine even tho I went to carmax the day before and was charged 19% on a car much newer and more expensive then my car i have now its its ok) but paying 12,000 dollars for a 2007 honda civic and for it to not start 2 WEEKS LATER was beyond me. The Used Car Manager named Barnard was the most disrespectful person EVER dealt with!. He took my car in didnt respond to my calls, ignoring my phone calls telling me he would call me back yet never did I finally got ahold of a VERY NICE lady named Nena tried to help me out as much as she could but couldnt .So I finally go there mind you its 35 mintues away from my house after having NO answers about what is going on with me car! then Bernard tells me after a week being without my car that he will put me in a rental because they ordered the wrong part(mind you every single time I spoke to benard he was rude like as if he was DOING ME A FAVOR by replacing the part at no charge. when yet I havent had the car not even 30 days. Yet days go by im sitting in this rental knowing nothing about my car if the part has come if they are working on it or What, When I went to Enterprise to pick up the rental there were 3 OTHER CUSTOMERS FROM THE SAME DEALER picking up a rental car. The people at the dealer do not tell you Enterprise will hold a $150 deposit until car is returned. Finally I get a call from Bernard 3 days later saying he has been trying to call me witch is a lie because i received all my other calls. and tells me my car is ready I finally get my car back after Bernard said some rude things to me(while picking up my keys), and the radio is locked from the mechanics removing the battery I had to wait and call all around trying to find the anti theft code. when Bernard gave me my car he basically said this car was bought as is so anything else that happens do not bring it here I couldnt believe the way he rudely talked over people, and how uncaring he was about the situation after telling him I have a 9 month old child that I have to pick up and dont have no way to get to her. BASICALLY IF YOU WANT AN UNRELIABLE CAR GO TO MERCEDES BENZ OF PEMBROKE PINES!!!! . I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN AND WILL ENCOURAGE ANYONE ELSE NOT TOO SO THEY DONT GO THROUGH WHAT OTHER PEOPLE ARE GOING THROUGH RIGHT NOW WITH THIS DEALER SHIP!!...

I bought a $38k used car and expected to be treated accordingly, especially since I bought it from a Mercedes Benz dealership. First I want to say that I am in the car business and bought many cars before. From the first step I took into this dealership until the very end when I got into my new/used car I encountered nothing but unprofessional, unprepared, unfriendly, clueless staff. First, they expected me to sign the AS IS before I saw the car(just because I made the deal online and secured it with a deposit). Then I was told by the internet sales manager that the car will need new front brakes and oil change , which "we will do for you at no cost sir, at any Autonation dealership in your area". Next, the internet sales manager had no idea that the car I am buying is actually a Diesel and tries to send the lot valet to put gas in it .... luckily I overheard and stopped him. Then, more then 1 hr later, I finally see the finance guy to do all paperwork ( even though I was paying cash by the way). This guy tells me that "we dont owe you anything; no brakes or oil change". To this I say " Well, the internet sales manager told me the car needs it; I did not ask for it but he obviously knows it from your shop". I sign all paperwork, finally go pay for the car and proceed to meet with the 2 of them + the sales manager that I never saw before. Sales manager sais to me: " Sorry sir, the car is sold AS IS, you have signed for it right here and all we can do is give you a free oil change here at our store". So I would have to drive 1 hr to their store to get 1 free oil change. I wanted this car very bad as you can imagine, otherwise I would have been running out of the there. And NO, I did not get a big discount from the asking price either, as Autonation does not negotiate; I paid the full asking price + $699 dealer fee. Finally, I walk out the door to my new car , just to be handed the key by the internet manager and barely be told " thank you" , while he was walking by me in a hurry to return to his desk. I have been to many Mercedes, Audi and Bmw dealerships before, but I never been treated so bad. Stay Away unless you want that car REALY bad!!
