I just purchased a used car (2012 Toytoa Rav4) from Lexus of West Kendall and I couldnt be happier! Isaac and Trini were awesome. My husband and I arrived there with specific cars to look at. When we first got there Isaac (the Internet Sales Consultant) greeted us and got us together with Trini, one of their salespeople. My husband spoke with Isaac about what we were looking for and what wed narrowed our decision down to. My husband was impressed with the honest conversation he had with Isaac about the different vehicles we were looking at. When Trini greeted us she took us right to the car on their lot and worked with their neighboring/sister dealership West Kendall Toyota to show us the vehicle that was on their lot we wanted to look at and test drive. We ended up deciding on the Rav4 from the Toyota lot. Trini went out of her way to have the car transferred over to their dealership so that we wouldnt have to go next door (I understand that it was lucrative to her as well, but the ease at which it was for us to stay at the one dealership was nice). By the time we had decided and started on paperwork it was past 5 so our bank was closed already and we couldnt get in touch with the load dept (which Id already been pre-approved for a car loan). They went out of their way to make it possible for us to drive home with the vehicle. They beat the percentage rate of our pre-approved loan and even offered to fullfil a temporary contract if they couldnt beat it. The only reason I didnt give this review 4 stars was because of our experience with the financial agent, Mark. My husband and I were not impressed with the fact that the entire time we were in his office he had music playing - not like background instrumental stuff, it was whatever hip-hop-ey station or style that he obviously preferred listening to. I love music, but having it playing while conducting business (and singing along to it) in our eyes is unprofessional. He also said some remarks that I felt were inappropriate - for example when we refused the offer for an additional warranty on the vehicle, he asked us why. When we said that it would put us over our budget and that we didnt feel it was necessary because the vehicle wouldnt be driven around a lot as we live in a small town he commented "Then walk, why even buy a car?". Now, for as much as we didnt like his personality or his professionalism he did get the job done and got us a lower apr so overall the experience was very good.

So I lost a key to my IS150 and I had it towed to Lexus of West Kendall thinking that they would be able to help me out. My spare had lost its configuration so I figured that the dealer would be able to reconfigure my key without charging me anything to do it. The dealer calls me and tells me that they can go ahead and do that for me but, they would need to charge me 145 dollars to get it done. At this point, I was fine with the 145 dollars, I needed my key. Khai, the service consultant, tells me that I can go ahead and take the car after work that they would be able to get the key programmed in 30-60 mins. I show up at the dealer at 6, the consultant there at the time tells me that I cant get my car back that day that I would need to leave it and get it the following day. I proceed to ask if I would be able to get a loaner and I was told that I couldnt that there was none available. I go ahead and call Khai and he picks up the phone and tells me its 6 he punched out at 5 and he cant do anything for me. (GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE). I leave the dealer and get a phone cal the next day that they werent going to be able to program the key that they would need to reset the vehicles computer and it was going to cost me around 800 dollars to get that done. I tell Khai that theyre crazy and that i would get the car towed and have a locksmith program the key for me. I return to the dealer around the same time. This time, I meet with Ricky Lopez, here is where things got interesting, he tells me that the only way to get the car out of the shop was pushing it and i was more than welcome to push it if i wanted to. I tell him that i didnt mind pushing but i needed him to lend me guys to help me push it. He gets up and offers to push it, we realize that its not pushable so, I go ahead and call the tow company to change out the flat bed for a tire lift and dolly. When i return to the dealer to tell Ricky that I was going to have a tow truck before 8PM (When they close), he was on the phone he takes a deep breath and says "OH MY GODDDD WHAT NOW". I say, my tow is going to be here before 8 please give me a chance. His response, if the tow truck isnt here at 8 im closing the door and im not waiting. WORST customer SERVICE experience I have EVER received at ANY dealer. Being a LEXUS dealer you would think it would be better.

The worst experience of my life. I went to look at a used Scion that I saw online as I was planning on purchasing the vehicle. I arrived with my family at 8:40pm (20 minutes before closing). The sales men drew straws as to who was going to assist me. When they decided, the sales man greeted me very rudely and uninviting. He asked how he could assist me I responded that I was interested in looking and test driving one of their cars. After I told him that he literally ignored me and continued to greet the rest of my family (which were with me to look at the car). Mind you I am the purchaser. My parents said that I was the one interested in the car (like I had originally told him) and I wanted to have the keys to look at it. He went to supposedly get the keys. (By the way this conversation was at the entrance of the door). A couple of minutes later he comes back with no keys and the price of the car. I replied ok please bring the keys (by then I was a little aggravated). He leaves once more and them comes back again with no keys and asks me to run a copy of my license (I know some car dealers do this, but it was my first time that it was asked to the multiple locations Ive visited). I asked him why did he need it. He replied that it was mandatory to ask for a copy. Even though I was already ready to blow some steam, I politely asked him that if I can have my copy of my license back after the test drive as I did not want them to have my personal information. He then replied "well then you cant see the car" We need to have your record on file." I replied what for thats my personal information. He then said replied, "well are you going to buy the car or what!?" At this point one of my family members told him how can she buy the car, she hasnt even seen it. I decided to walk away and leave because of this is the beginning of my car purchasing venture with Lexus of West Kendall, I dont know where it will end. Its their loss as I had the plan to purchase the vehicle, checkbook ready to give them the payment. Because of their discriminatory way with women, and lack of customer service, I will never step foot in this place again. If I could I would rate it a Negative 5 Stars.
