Rude lady only looking out for herself and money!!!! I went to this shop with my friend who was so excited to try on wedding dresses. When we first walked in my friend told the lady she had been looking in magazines and was wanting to try some certain styles on to see what she liked. The lady told her that if she wasnt there to buy from them then she couldnt even try dresses on very rudely. Then my friend told her she did not know what she wanted to do yet so the lady reluctantly started to show and let her try on dresses. She then would not let her try on a dress she really liked because she said there was no way that they could get it in on time and you could tell she just didnt want to let her try it on for fear that she might go buy the dress that they couldnt get, somewhere else that already had it. Heaven for bid we remember the fact that this is hopefully the one and only time girls get to do this in their life and we treat them well and make their experience exciting whether we know they are going to buy from us or not!!! Instead she left very discouraged and upset. Thanks alot rosewood for making my friends experience terrible.

After having a horrible experience at Charlottes Bridal, I came here the next day and wish I would have started here to begin with. The staff is courteous, professional, they know the business well. From walking in (a really nice boutique I might add) to ordering my dress, my bridesmaid dresses and selecting groomsmen attire, everything was easy. The girl who helped me knew just what I was looking for, had great ideas and everything came together quicker than I imagined. The gowns they chose as samples are gorgeous- they have a lot of beautiful choices. I almost also bought a prom/pageant gown they had just for fun because I couldnt stop looking at it! They have a very organized and efficient business and know their merchandise very well- from what is there in the store to what is available online and through the mens catalogs. I would highly recommend that you start your bridal shopping here, because I guarantee you wont need to shop elsewhere. A+ for everything.

All of us that go gown shopping are not experts and dont always have an exact idea of what were looking for or what our precise budget is. I was quite frustrated and uncomfortable when I was rudely told that I needed to know an exact budget. Maybe the lady that was helping me was having a bad day. I dont know, but she did not treat me and my fiances mother very nicely. She thought she knew what I wanted after only trying on a few dresses and got upset when we suggested something that seemed completely different than the direction we were headed in. Im a bride to be! This is my only time I get to try on beautiful dresses and I dont know exactly what I look best in or what I want. It was very uncomfortable. I found one dress that was pretty nice and a very good price. However, I never wanted to come back.

While I found a dress I liked, I did not end up buying my wedding dress here. The woman that helped me initially was very sweet and helpful. She was understanding of my vision for how I wanted to look on my wedding day, and really did her best to find me something. However, the thing that shocked me and really turned me off from this salon was the owner who started talking politics at the end of my appointment completely out of the blue. I dont care what your position is politically, a bridal appointment is NOT the appropriate time or place to express those views. This would be a very different review if she hadnt taken it upon herself to turn my appointment into her political soapbox.

This was the second shop that my daughter and I went to, looking for her perfect wedding dress. Although we didnt end up ordering a dress from this shop, I was so pleased with the owner who took so much time with my daughter, helping her find what she wanted. I appreciated that she also showed us a huge section of dresses on sale and made a point of advising us to look there because they had some wonderful bargains. The previous store we went to had tried to steer us away from the sale dresses and dissuade us from the less-expensive ones. I would highly recommend Rosewood - it was a very positive experience, even though we ultimately ordered a dress elsewhere.

ALL the stars! After a tedious, high-pressure day of gown hunting at a big-name boutique, I walked into Rosewood and immediately felt comfortable. Lisa helped me find the perfect dress. She made the experience low-pressure and I felt like I was in control. I felt like a person, not just a potential sale. Dont be fooled by the size of their shop, they have an impressive range of styles. I was able to try many gorgeous dresses, and walked away with one priced vastly below my budget. The staff is professional yet personal, and I always felt taken care of during the fitting process. Would highly recommend to anyone!

I got my wedding dress from this shop! really lovely staff, very helpful. I went in and there were three other women before me which I found to be a good thing since it gave me a bit of time to browse before being helped. Once helped, the ladies there made me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions. I ended up grabbing a sleeveless gown off the sales rack & added sleeves it to make it the gown of my dreams -- even though I wasnt crazy about it at first.. with an open mind, you can make a stressful process super simply. & Rosewood Bridal was there to help, every step of the way.

The girls are useless. Very unprofessional, extremely rude, unhelpful. They ordered my dress in the short rather then long like all the other bridesmaids, they said the would re order it, I got it days before the wedding and they said sorry there is nothing we can do. They didnt pay for rush shipping, and they refused to pay for rushed alterations. Ridiculous! Will never order from the cheap trashy store again and will tell all my friends not to order! I even posted my experience on social media to spread the word! Tons of girls had similar experience. EWW Rosewood you are trash

Put money down on a dress for my daughter. Was told " just pay here and there and when you get to at least half down come in for final measurements and we can order the dress". Well thats not what happened. Evidenly there is a specific amount monthly they dont tell you about, and also her dream dress was discontinued. I actually had to purchase from another shop on the East Coast. I can understand "No Refunds". But this shop should at least let my daughter use the money she had paid them in already on another item like a veil or something. I will never reccomend them.

They have a pretty good dress selection but my experience with service was horrible. I was explaining to the lady what I had in mind and she wouldnt even let me try on dresses that I wanted to try on saying that they wouldnt be able to help me with that selection for timing purposes. I was the customer and the service i was supposed to be receiving was lacking. Would not go back nor recommend if youre looking for a helpful and friendly environment.
