I wish I could give this place 0 stars. After choosing this location to get suits for a wedding we were not pleased with the outcome. Horrible service. At the initial fitting we had requested "slim fit" pants. Dave, a male tailor let us know that the pants would fit tight. Which we agreed to get regardless because we wanted the slim fit style. Coming in for the final fitting days before the wedding to which they had reassured us would be plenty of time to make any changes, the outcome was not at all what we had expected. The pants on all the groomsmen were baggy and not our size. I dont really understand what the point of the fitting was since the suits were clearly not ordered right to size. The pants were way too big and not slim fit. The jackets were all way too big and baggy. When we tried to tell Dave we werent happy with the suits he said there was nothing he could do and that what we ordered was the slim fit. Dave tried telling us that the pants were all the same size and that he never agreed to order the slim fit because were guys and they wouldnt fit properly. He called all of us liars and refused to offer any help on the situation. He tried saying that the pants only looked different on all of us because we were all different sizes yet he was also saying all the pants ordered were the same size. Which they were not. When placing two of the pants which he claimed to both be the same size one pair of pants was obviously larger than the other. Again, all we wanted was the correct fit and Dave insisted that there was nothing he could do that it was too late to order new pants yet he was the one that gave us the appointment to come in for the final fitting just days before the wedding. Not to mention the suits also arrived late. Rather than do anything helpful Dave did say that they would be able to charge us an extra fee in order to tighten the already slim fit pants. After some time Dave left us all in the fitting area and left for about 20 minutes and never came back. Still no answers or any updates on what he was going to do to fix this problem. After 20 minutes Angie the owner came out and rather than offer a solution all she did was offer a full refund. The fact that she didnt offer a solution is horrible. The appointment was 3 days before the wedding, an appointment the bridal gallery had scheduled and assured us was normal. There was no way we would be able to get new tuxes for the wedding in 3 days. Rather than being helpful all Angie said was that shes never seen Dave who also happens to be her husband so furious in over 10 years. Again, failed to offer any help. Afterwards we ended up going to Macys after and bought FITTED pants in order to make the bride happy.

Initially Bridal Gallery seemed great. It won some 2010 award in a magazine so I thought it would be worth making the drive from PDX to check it out. The staff was ok but I always felt a little uncomfortable. The girl helping me seemed really inexperienced. I was willing to put it all aside though because I thought I had found the perfect dress. I found this dress in the regular racks and they said it could still be ordered. After some further research though in which I contacted the manufacturer with photos of the dress (B.E. just seemed to be acting weird and kept avoiding my questions about the dress so I got suspicious and played detective) I discovered that the dress was an altered castoff that someone had customized ( a lot) and not ended up buying. Which means one of a kind and very much not orderable. It was also eight sizes too big. I really do not like being lied to and refuse to work with a business that conducts itself that way. I believe they were planning to sell me the somewhat dirty, stained sample then try and alter it down and pass it off as new. This is the only truly bad experience I had while dress shopping. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this one.

I went to many bridal shops looking for my dress. The Bridal Gallery was without a doubt the best shop in every way. There is a huge selection of dresses, the store is clean and the service is unbeatable. I am 59 with an athletic build and curves. They made me feel wonderful about the way that I looked and all the dresses I tried on either fit or almost fit so that you could at least be able to envision the way it would look in the correct size. I had so many bad experiences at other shops. Other shops made me feel like I was fat or just way to big for their dresses. It was so refreshing to find a shop that did not make me feel that way. The owner, Angie, was so very friendly, helpful and fun. We tried on lots of dresses and I never felt rushed. She gave great feedback on the dresses and has an excellent eye for finding the right dress for your body type. I just cant say enough nice things about this shop. I have many friends that have bought their dresses at the Bridal Gallery as well and have had wonderful experiences too. Definitely the best shop and the price range of dresses is perfect. They have options for every budget from tight budgets to extravagant.

My mom and I ended up at The Bridal Gallery on a whim, and Im so glad we did! We didnt have an appointment, but the owner, Angie, brought me right in and set me up to try on dresses. I had an idea of what I wanted, but after trying a few on I quickly realized that the style was not at all flattering. Angie asked if she could pick a few for me and did a fabulous job. She knew exactly what would work for my body type and made the entire process fun and easy. I have to admit, I was very nervous prior to shopping as Ive heard plenty of horror stories involving plus sized brides, but I was thrilled with my experience and the selection available. In addition, my wedding was only a few months away, so ordering was a bit of a concern, but Angie promised that we could make it work. In the end, she let me buy one of the dresses off of the rack so that we wouldnt have to deal with ordering, plus she discounted it even more to fit our budget. I cant say enough good things about Angie and her staff!

Angie is AWESOME!!! This girl took care of me through my whole process. She found the perfect dress for me - it was stunning. When I walked in, she just knew the dress for me (which I found out later!) We then went back to her to look at bridesmaid dresses, and I feel in love with them (I wish I had one just to wear out!) and then she even did our tux order as well. She helped me with little details such as my veil, jewelry (and went above and beyond!) garters, favor boxes, ring bearer pillows and more! With all of our out of town wedding party, she even drove out to our location to fit people and performed alterations right there! This girl is the best!! Every time I was in her store I had her full attention and she made me feel like I was the only bride she was working with. She was always on top of things and made this whole experience that much more amazing! Looking forward to my next fancy outing so I can go back to Angie and find a fun dress!
