I just found and purchased my wedding dress here last week! I cant even begin to explain the world of difference my experience was here compared to other large wedding dress shops. Im from San Francisco and was only trying on dresses in WA so I could have the experience with my Mom and her best friend. Little did I know that I would find my dress and have the best experience doing it! Amber and the owner of the shop were AMAZING! We didnt even have an appointment and were welcomed with open arms and were given five star treatment. I truly felt like they had my best interest in mind and there was not once I felt pressured to buy, unlike the other places I went to. I was able to look for my own dresses and try on what I wanted to and when. When I found the one I loved, they let me spend as much time in it as I wanted and helped me figure out the best accessories and sizing. They were simply wonderful here. So much so that Id rather fly back to WA to do my alterations as I know theyll make sure Im taken care of and its done right. I simply love them. Go here!

I found Sincerely the Bride while attending the Fall bridal show in Portland, Oregon back in October. I loved all the dresses they had displayed and during the Runway show!!! I decided to book an appointment while there at the Fall Bridal event to receive a coupon for $100 off my dress. On 11-06-16 I was blown away... I got there at 12pm in the afternoon, was greeted and met Kait the assistant manager who would be helping me. She was fun, easy to work with had a ton of knowledge in what goes in when trying on a million dresses. I did not feel overwhelm or stressed. What I loved about the whole wedding dress experience at Sincerely the Bride is that she took the time to get to know me and my style. She cared about what I envisioned and at the end of our appointment that day. I found my dress, or as I like to put it the dress picked me. I am so happy with all the Staffs and my assistant Kait who helped me feel so special in my wedding dress. Thank you!!!!

Although I didn’t buy my beautiful (and complicated) Sophia Tolli wedding dress at Sincerely, The Bride (I got it at a trunk show in Michigan so that I could try on dresses with my mom and maid of honor present), they were the only shop in the greater Portland/Vancouver area who was willing to help me with alterations. All of the other shops I called either referred me to local dry cleaners or refused to help me since I hadn’t bought my dress from them. It meant a lot that Sincerely, The Bride cheerfully welcomed me. The alteration by Vickie was top notch, and the wonderful ladies at the shop also helped me pick out a veil and hair comb that perfectly complemented my dress. Thank you all for being so accommodating!

I had been to one other place before this and had an ok time. They had treated me well enough but the experience didnt feel sincere. I found Sincerely The Bride by doing a quick search online. I made an appointment online and got an email confirmation very quickly after. I took one of my best friends with me and we both had so much fun. We were laughing and crying throughout most of the appointment. They had a great dress selection and the ladies there sure know how to pick them. I told them a few details of what i was looking for and my idea for the big day. With their help I found my dress that day. Thank you so much ladies!

Sincerely the Bride was so amazing to work with when picking out my wedding dress. Sincerely the Bride was my first store I visited, and as soon as I walked, I could tell this was the place that would make you feel special. The decor and set-up of the store was great and provided privacy for your party while trying on dresses. My stylist, Amber, made my dress shopping experience amazing. She really listened to what I wanted in a dress and helped me find "the one" almost immediately. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a wedding dress!

Amber was so helpful in helping me pin point my exact style and I ended up with a dress that completely encompasses me as a person. The staff at sincerely the bride were absolutely amazing. The manager Amber made my appointment all about me. She listened to all my desires and my vision of my prefect dress. I loved that I was the only customer in the store. I was able to receive the attention from all the bridal consultants. I love this place! I went in very intimidated about dress shopping but everyone made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. The dress are beautiful, but what wedding dress isnt. I love that they offered to keep my dress there so it would stay safe. When I picked up my dress for a fitting they were quick with getting it for me and offering to help me to my car. I highly recommend this place! Made dress shopping so much smoother.

Truly cant say enough good things about this shop! Friendly staff! Great variety! And after 5 other shops of no luck and almost loosing interest, Amber asked me what I was looking for, I gave her a brief description. She came down stairs with "the one"! I lit up just seeing it on the hanger! What a relief!! ❤❤❤
