My friend and I ordered our bridesmaid dresses here. First they lost the cards with all the girls sizes(and all the girls live out of the area) then when we went to pick them up they ordered 1 of the dresses in full length when it was suppose to be knee length. Then another dress had a bow on the front and the one we tried on there didnt. The lady told us that they took the bow off on the one they had in the store. We told her then that was very miss leading. Then on that same dress we told them to order a size 4 but on the size card they scratched off the 4 and ordered a 2. When we told them about the error they informed us even though it was their fault they were still gonna charge us for all of the alterations on the dresses. So now we have to see if we can get the size 2 dress let out. Long story short save yourself the frustration and hassle and either buy online or go out of the area to buy dresses. DO NOT GO TO PROMISES!! THEY WILL ONLY PROMISE YOU HIGH PRICES AND FRUSTRATION!!!!

The staff at Promises are amazing! My daughter thought she knew what she wanted in a wedding dress; and they had her try on numerous different styles and then she chose her top three from there. After taking a lunch break and coming back they had her try on all three again and we found the perfect dress for her! They even gave her a discount because she bought all of her prom dresses there when she was back in high school! Its been almost 15 years since she graduated high school they went the extra mile and are wonderful with all of their customers! I would recommend them to anybody searching for Formal Wear!

I have had to go through Promises a few times in the past couple of years for friends weddings, and we were treated like we were wanted there and are dresses both times came in way later then expected. We also paid extra to have dresses shipped early and then found out it took them 4 more days to even place the order. I suggest going to Davids bridal in Chico!

I went to Promises looking for a graduation dress. The women that work there are wonderful! They helped me pick out an array of dresses to try on. They were so helpful. I found the most beautiful dress that I couldve imagined.
