After going to all the major bridal shops in the area this one was the BEST. They really listened to what I wanted and Elizabeth picked out my dress (the Maggie Sottero Kendra) after a 10 minute consultation over the phone. It was so refreshing to be so well taken care of. They had dresses pulled for me before I got there, and it felt like I was being waited on by a team of professional butlers since there were two-three people helping me at all times. Not at all like when I got abandoned in the other stores! I recommend going here after you get a good idea of what you want and they will pick out the perfect dress.

I came in town to visit my godfather in San Fran for the week. Being recentely engaged we thought it would be fun to go wedding dress shopping. After visiting several bridal boutiques in the bay area we made an appt here. I found the perfect Dress! It was a bit more than I wanted to spend but was worth it. The dress is perfect. The sales women were very very helpful and packed the dress safely for me to return home on the plane with as well as not to let my fiance see it. Highly recommended!

Very disappointed. I made an appointment request, mentioned I was looking for classic/vintage look. Evelyn was incredibly quick to dismiss me, basically told me tough luck and good luck without even giving me a chance to find something I liked. Will never recommend to my friends and the community.
