I unexpectedly found my perfect wedding dress here. After it came in, and I went it for my first fitting, I decided to have it shortened, and add a corset, to make it a bit more unique to me. Their prices are very resonable, both for the dress, and the alterations. My second fitting started off a bit frustrating, because they had forgotten to add the corset in the back, but the length was exactly what I wanted. I came back a few days later, after they had finished the corset, for another fitting. The dress needing some final touches to make it fit perfectly - it bunched a little here, curled a little there, and I was stressing out (bridal meltdown) that it wouldnt fit exactly how I wanted after adding the corset. I was wrong. The staff called in a seamstress and she knew exactly what needed to be done. They did the alterations while I waited, and kept bringing me the dress to make the exact final touches - it only took about a half hour. My dress fits like a glove. I think its important to remember that customizing a dress takes a bit of time & patience. Emporio, and their staff, will work with you to make your dress perfect. They proved that to me today. I DROVE FROM SEATTLE, WA, FOR A BRIDESMAID DRESS FOR A CO-WORKERS WEDDING , I WAS MEASURED AND ASSURED THAT I WOULD HAVE IT MADE TO MY MEASUREMENTS BUT WHEN THE DRESS CAME IT WAS 2 SIZES SMALLER THAN I ORDERED WITH UNMATCHED PIECES RUNNING DOWN THE SIDES TO MAKE THE BOTTOM OF DRESS BIGGER, THE BOTTOM WAS FRAYED AND PUCKERED AND THE TOP WAS NOT SIZED AT ALL AND WAS ABOUT 8 INCHES TO SMALL, I CALLED TO GENERAL MANAGER FOR HIM TO SAY THEY DID NOT HAVE THE SIZE IN THE WAREHOUSE I ORDERED AND THEY COULD NOT GET IT BUT WOULD SEND ME PICTURES OF OTHER DRESSES IN THE SIZE I NEEDED , THEY SENT ME ONE PICTURE AND IT LOOKED LIKE A NIGHT GOWN , THEY OFFERED ME A 50% DISCOUNT TO KEEP THE DRESS BUT I HAD TO HAVE THE BRIDE ORDER ANOTHER ONE FROM SOMEONE ELSE TO GET IT IN TIME, THE STORE REFUSED TO DO ANYTHING SO I CHARGED IT BACK AND THEY DISPUTED IT .. NEVER SHIOP THERE IT IS NOT WORTH THE HEADACHES

My daughter found a nice dress for prom and was very pleased. Thats the good part. After that, things quickly went downhill. The price of the dress was advertised as including alterations, but, apparently only certain alterations. We were charged $45 more for shortening the dress. Strike 1. Next, my daughter tried on the altered dress, was not shown how the back fit because of a lack of extra mirror (Really?). After bringing the dress home (we live on the Westside), my wife discovers that alterations for the upper body fit were poorly done, and in some cases completely ignored. Strike 2. Upon calling to complain, all the owner of the store could say and, and.. whats the problem Strike 3. You guys are out. Short version:Nice fancy dresses and reasonable prices, gauging on the alterations and poor customer service.

My wife bought a dress from this company, and when it arrived it looked like a third grader sewed on the jewels. We were extremely dissatisfied with the product and the service levels. We mailed the dress back to the store, and now they are stating they need to charge us a shipping and restocking fee. Very rude people...beware!

What a beautiful store! The sales associate, Sammie (hope I spelled her name right!) was a delight. I just like to look at them, wasnt buying, but Sammie was great and happily showed us around. I was amazed at the prices. Im a huge fan of fashion and this store has it cheap! All sizes, too.

I went here yesterday and the lady (I am assuming the owner) was very helpful and attentive to all the customers. It has a great selection of dresses. I ended up finding a perfect blue dress for my prom! Definitely will be coming back for formal dresses in the future.
