We had a nice shopping experience when looking for bridesmaid dresses, and we were happy to find something that all of us liked. Little did we know that was as good as it was going to get with this shop. I was the only bridesmaid to order her dress on the shopping day in February. I was told Id hear from them in June-August. I gave them my phone number, mailing address and email address on the order form (which I got a copy of with the receipt). I heard NOTHING from the store. My bride heard NOTHING from the store. I finally called them in October. They had my dress, and said they tried to call me, maybe they got my number wrong? But upon review of my receipt, you would have to literally not know how to read numbers to have gotten my phone number wrong. They did NOT call ANYONE else in my bridal party when their dresses came in. 4 dresses needed to be shipped and only one was, just last week, and the wedding is next week. SO, unless you and your entire bridal party are local and super on top of it, find somewhere else for your gown.

The whole experience was excellent and I highly recommend the place. There was one interesting aspect of my experience there, however. The vest that came along with the tux had a large stain on it and so I got limited use of it, disappointedly. When I returned the outfit I was somewhat expecting to get a partial refund (although, of course, they doubtless suspected that I myself had caused the stain). When I left without feeling satisfied with the experience I immediately regretted that I had not been a bit more insistent that they needed to make good. As it turns out, I had to go back the next day since I had forgotten to return the rental shoes. I then mentioned my disappointment of the previous day and the woman there said she had felt bad that she had not done something to settle the situation and she prompted gave me a partial cash refund. I was pleased. It of course wasnt the money, it was the principle.

I ordered a dress for my friends wedding. I live in Virginia but she lives in California, so clearly she found her bridesmaid dresses there. I HAD to order my dress by February so I would receive it in May for the wedding in June. Well...all of May went by and still no dress! I called today (June 4) to find out where it was. Apparently they had the dress, but didnt even bother to ship it! You would think at some point they would have at least called to say "hey, we have your dress if youd like to pick it up" so that the issue could have been resolved sooner. Once THEIR error had been discovered they got the dress ready to be shipped that day...but they did not overnight it. It will be here in a week...and now I get to pay extra to have alterations done in a rush because they messed up my order. They offered NOTHING in accommodations for THEIR MISTAKE!!!!

There isnt a huge selection and the lady who helped us had an attitude, but the dress I bought was unlike any other dress I looked at (and I went to every dress shop from Humboldt County to the Bay Area). I tried on my dress, left because I was unsure from the employees attitude and lack of help, then returned for the dress. The price of my dress was reasonable, but I saw some other things in the store that were VERY expensive.
