The dress buying experience was amazing, went into the store, had it all to myself with my mom and best friend, tried on the dresses I wanted to, but fell in love with the first one. It was after the dress was purchased when the experience drastically declined. I had the dress mailed to my home, but Alexis never told me when it was going to arrive or how (UPS or Fedex). My father was going to be out of town so I wanted to know my dress wasnt going to be sitting outside. Then I needed to find an alterations specialist. While at the store Alexis told me "dont worry Ill be able to facetime in to your appointment and help explain how the alterations specialist should handle the dress"- YEA RIGHT. I emailed numerous times, didnt hear back from her for 2 weeks and then when I finally got in touch with her she said "oh I will look into finding an alterations person." Another two weeks went by, finally got in touch with her again and she had found alterations that were 2 hours away from where I told her I lived. When we needed her to facetime for the alterations - not a chance she would have responded. Highly recommend not going to this Le Salon Bridal shop to buy a Pronovias gown - go somewhere else. Wasnt worth the stress of worrying about alterations and the dress arriving on my front door.

Le Salon Bridal is a chic, gorgeous boutique tucked away in Seattle. With an array of dresses that arent found just anywhere, you can be sure that the ladies there will make you feel glamorous and amazing. They dont just specialize in couture bridal, they hand select dresses with that little something extra to take them from wow to OMG! They are driven by the opportunity to make your dress shopping experience positive, fun, and successful. Your mom and best friend? Check. Champagne to toast finding "the dress"? Check. A beautiful space for taking that Instagram teaser showing off the runner up? Check. You deserve to check this place out!

Le Salon Bridal Shop is has wonderful people working for them. A friend of mine had a horrific experience with a COMPLETELY different store. I called around to other shops that carry the same line, just incase we had to prepare for the worst, and Le Salon Bridal was on it. They went above and beyond when it came to making sure things would turn out smoothly for the Bride. If you need a place to find a wedding dress I have no doubt this is the place you should go. You will not only walk away with the dress of your dreams but the knowledge that you are in hardworking and trustworthy hands. I will never send someone I know elsewhere.

I live in ATL, but wanted to go look at dresses with my best friend (who came in from Portland). Le Salon was professional and VERY detailed from the get go. Filling out my bridal profile, it asked me very good questions down to what type of salesperson Id like and what point in my dress search I was in. I really appreciated how organized the whole experience was. Alexis was wonderful! She got me into all the dresses I wanted to try on and I never once felt pressured. We had the place to ourselves as well so it felt more intimate and special.

If you are looking for your dream wedding gown, Le Salon Bridal Shop is the place. Conveniently located minutes within downtown Seattle, this chic, French-inspired boutique does not lack sophistication. The variety of modern and classic dresses are almost overwhelming but nothing the ladies at the boutique cannot help you with: their sense of style, impeccable customer service and warm attitude are hard to ignore. Love working with them!

A good friend of mine bought a dress from this place. Once it was paid she could never reach them via phone, email, or text to pick it up. Texting is extremely unprofessional. Id give it 0 stars but thats not an option. Also what kinda of bridal place doesnt respond once the dress is in and has been paid very shady horrible place to shope read the other bad reviews. The good ones are people they know lol go figure

I went to several bridal shops throughout the Seattle area. After being frustrated with trying on the same styled dresses I decided to check out Le Salon. The shop is super cute and Alexis was so wonderful to work with. I loved that they had unique dresses and I ended up getting the first dress I tried on! Even after the sale, Alexis has continued to be super attentive and so fun/kind to work.
