This location has had a run down, "we are about to go out of business" vibe with inconsistent customer service for the last 15 years. Every time I go there I get the sense that the place is on its last legs and ready to close its doors. Honestly, I do not understand how this location has remained open. I was hoping the Office MAX acquisition would improve the situation but regrettably it has not. I only go there when I have to, and dont have time to drive over to Staples in Edina. On a positive note, each time I have been there they have had what I was looking for. The location is great and always plenty of parking. You just have to lower your expectations on the customer service side of things. There is a reason that the awful looking "temporary" help wanted sign has been an eye sore on the flying cloud drive for years and years even after closing and merging the nearby Office MAX location. Office Depot must not offer a good work environment for its employees and it shows by the level of customer service at this location.

I cant believe that a place this close to going out of business would offer such terrible customer service. We bought a chair and paid extra to have it put together as part of the protection plan. 4 days later they called to say it was ready and they gave us the scratched up floor model. When we called them on it the manager claimed that someone was supposed to ask us if that was okay. Another two days and we still dont have our chair. No wonder the parking lot is always empty.

There is a new attitude in the store. And I like it. They greet you like they want you to be there and they are there to help you. I am very impressed with Michael in the printing department and have returned because of his gracious professionalism. His staffs help has made a positive difference in my many art projects. Several of the staff have become my IT group that I can lean on. It feels good to shop Office Depot!

Eric in the print/copy department (Saturday- June 24, 2017) was very patient and helpful. My friend and I needed to print hundreds of address and return address stickers, but kept running into a couple of snags (clear stickers/font color didnt work against her envelope color etc etc). Eric was very patient as we tried to figure things out, even as I took my laptop out to rework some things. Thank you for all your help!

I love this office supplies store, the employees greet customers at the door, and they ask you what you need to find. Then they help you find and you are out quickly. The only problem with the store is that it feels old and rundown but that is not entirely the employees fault. The corporate offices at office max Office Depot should think about renovations for certain store locations

The first time I visited this store, I got excellent customer service at printing dept. I ordered some copies in b/w and color with exact directions yesterday with poor outcomes. When I got home, I had a big frustration since the number of copies did not match my order and there were missing copies.

Went in for a custom signature stamp, turn around was about 3 days, stamp was flawless. Seemed like they were training new employees, so they werent the fastest, but they did a good job

Went in for a random purchase. Michael was the sales associate. He had a genuine interest in helping me and was very accomodating. Went in for a normal purchase and left a bit of a fan.
