My boyfriend and I stopped in one day to check out the business and now we refuse to go anywhere else! My dog, Ariel is a little nervous going into places and they are always so wonderful with her. The staff is the absolute friendliest and are always eager to answer questions. They are incredibly knowledgeable about animals and I never dread asking. Also, their bathing area is always clean and fully stocked. I will always bring Ariel back here.

I went into pet people in hopes of finding a higher quality food for my cats, one of which has problems with UTI. I didnt catch the ladies name that helped me but she suggested wellness. Theyve been on the food for about a week now and all three LOVE the food and no UTI problems! The same employee also helped me out to my car with food and litter. Very knowledgeable and so friendly. Thank you!

Such incredible and attentive customer service. The girl was sweet and helped me choose from a variety of self service home made treats. They have the best variety I ever seen. And the store is well organized and clean. They also offer really cute frosting cookies. My baby fur will love what I got for him.

This pet store is awesome. People describe it as the "whole foods" of pet stores, and I would have to agree. The staff was VERY helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I will be moving all my business to them. They do not have the food we use, but they said they can special order it. Bye bye petsmart!

I picked up some items from here a couple of weeks ago. Its a nice place with friendly service. They have a good selection of products you dont find locally but they are expensive. I would go back if I ran out of something or to get our dog a new toy but again its expensive.
