Booked a complete groom for our Aussie. Arrived asked how long it would take. Rudely we were told "Im trying to get out of here and to my family at the lake so it depends on what you want done." My husband said you should not have made the appt then and we walked out. Will never go back. Did not even greet us when we walked in. Sat on her lazy butt not saying a word. So rude.

I went there to get my dog groomed $60 later I could have done that grooming job myself! So disappointed I will never take my dog there again! Expected her to look like a professional groomed her and that was not the case!! Everyone who has seen her said it was a bad grooming job! Wish I had known dont have money to throw away like that!!

Absolutely wonderful customer service and the grooming service was exceptional!!! Salon is clean, cut was to my clients specific request, and well educated conversation all about our most loved,.. DOGS.. OF COARSE!!! ^^ D

Great experience. The customer service was to the T. One of the groomers did look like she was having a bad day with the bad look she gave me. But besides her everyone else was as friendly as could be.

Great customer service. Good quick in and out store to pick our dog up some food. The aisles are nice and wide so while carrying anything you are not taking out other customers.

cheap prices, okay selection for a smaller pet store, and the store is always clean and well stocked. their customer service/staff could be nicer, but overall, decent store.
