We took our dog in to be groomed and they seriously harmed my dog. He had a major gash on his face, front right leg had razor burn and his anus had a cut. I am furious, but when I started googling what kind of action I could take against the company, I learned that Petco is notorious of KILLING dogs while they are in their care. I am so grateful he only came out cut and bruised. I am horrified. They didnt even mention it when I picked him up, just hoped I wouldnt notice. I have contacted a lawyer and am making it my lifes mission to be sure no one elses baby has to endure this sort of barbaric torture. Google wont let me post pictures, but if I could you would be shocked. Please dont risk it. Their grooming costs as much as any other more qualified groomers in the area and your dog wont die.

The older woman in charge was EXTREMELY rude. I didnt know the policy on photographing animals and was taking a video of a couple of cute hamsters rolling around for my little sister. She came up to me and asked me to stop filming, but she was extremely rude and aggressive about it. I apologized and gave her the benefit of the doubt. Went and got fish food and went to check out. I smiled at her and said thankyou on the way out and she just stared angrily at me and walked away. I am never going back to this store for anything.

I have found this store to be great. Its clean, and there is always someone available to assist me. I recently started an aquarium. Ollie is most knowledgeable, and has been extremely helpful to me. He takes the time to ohelp and answer questions. I love visiting the store just to see the birds, and say hi to the employees there. I highly recommend this Petco for you pet needs.

Terrible i went there to pet salon there was this lady there with such a mean face didnt even look at me at the face just said appointments only didnt even care to ask if i cared for one such a racist lady. Petco you could do better than this than have an old grumpy lady taken care of the front desk pet salon best believe i wont put my baby in her hands

I gave them 4 stars because of their grooming services. The pet groomers do a wonderful job of taking care of our dog. When I have to schedule last minute appointments more often than not they are able to work me in. They dont have to since I waited, but its nice that they can. As for the store products I think they are overpriced for the quality.

Love t! Great variety of cat products and their cat adoption room is amazing- like a little cat apartment with room to play and socialize. The cats always look so happy and there is an hour during the day when you can go play with them.

The fish department has improved so much. Ollie is the most knowledgeable employee, and can answer any question about saltwater and freshwater fish. There is also a new manager. I am impressed with the customer service.
