So i found a flee on my dog . Called, made an apt specifically for her to her a flee bath and preventative flee medicine. Sent someone to drop her off who called me and put me on the phone with the lady at petsmart who told me I should cut her nails. I said okay and also asked to brush her teeth , I made sure I told her that I wanted the flees 100% gone and wanted the med. She assured me all of it would be taken care of .... When I got there she only had a regular bath ( still had flees on her) , and cut nails . I was livid! My dog is a house dog and caught the flees while visiting a friend and I was on my way to drive 2 hours home. I did not want her be in car with flees for 2 hours and have them all over the place .... HOWEVER The crew working there that night(young afam guy and older lady and the manager ) made it right . They went above and beyond and gave her a flee bath , gave me the medicine and made sure her nails and breath were clean and only charged me for a while bath . They apologized and made sure they fixed it promptly . They owned the issue although they were not responsible for the mistakes and made the situation better I really had to say that when I got there I was angry and when I left I had almost forgotten we had a mishap. That is why they deserve these 4 stars and this review . I wanted to make sure I have credit where it was due and the individuals who helped me that night ( 9/30/16 7:30pm) deserve recognition of some kind . That was outstanding customer service ! Thats what will keep customers coming back even if theyve hiccup.

I came here on my lunch break this afternoon (4/10/17) to return a few items I bought the night prior at the Morrow store(near my home). I was prepared with my electronic receipt via email, merchandise unopened/used AND in the bag, etc. The very RUDE "Melissa" processed my return, and at the end asks me if I have the debit card that was used. I found that strange, as I have made returns at Petsmart (and elsewhere) and have never had to present a DEBIT card for returns. I explained that my fiance made the purchase and that I did not have the card and that I would like cash back. She impolitely proceeds to tell me that it was "store policy to verify the DEBIT card used for a purchase in order to do a return"---WITH a valid receipt. Thankfully when I checked my purse I did have his card on me and was able to do the return, but I do not appreciate the way I was treated. No apology offered, no friendly guest service--nothing! I contacted the corporate office to find out when said policy came into effect, to which I was told there is NO SUCH POLICY. I was told that all debit card returns are processed with a valid receipt in the form of cash or card (guests preference). I am currently awaiting a return phone call from the district manager. My dog is a 9 year old SPOILED brat, we spend way too much money with this company to receive this type of service. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!

I have shopped here as well as taken my cat for a visit to Bainfield and to the groomer. Each experience was great, the staff is friendly and the cat groomer was extremely caring and attentive! Recently, I had a flat tire when I had an appointment before the store opened and Mark, the store manager, and Victor changed my tire in the parking lot! I was so grateful for their help and would definitely recommend this store if you are looking for a one-stop place to take your pet!

Excellent Dog training well worth your money! The puppy training classes are a must for a healthy relationship with your dog. Before taking the classes I was always cleaning up after my dogs just putting out one fire after the other. The puppy training classes fixed the problem at the source, which was in part my laziness. The training classes train both you and your pet and make everyones life a whole lot easier!!!

I was turned away for a nail cut so I made an appointment the next day. After I dropped her off I was told to come back in six hours... My dogs grooming was not completed because they were understaffed. I had to fight for a partial refund. I was hung up on by the grooming staff when I returned their call. I was disappointed in how the manager Josh handled the situation.

Good store! The groomers do a fine job, although the service can be a bit chaotic with the payment happening up at the front register. The vet is good despite the sullen lady who works the desk at the Banfield. The retail clerks are usually very nice. Ga Humane is a terrific rescue group. I have 2 rescues from them! I used to foster ,many pets for them.

I would just like to say that I visit this PetSmart frequently, every 2 weeks to be exact. And every time that I visit I do not always get the pleasure of having "Quitta" assist me but when I do, she is excellent. Shes knowledgeable, personable and has a beautiful spirit. Thanks PetSmart for hiring good employees and thank you Quitta for being awesome!

I have shopped this store several times and continue to receive the worst service. I returned tonight to once again give them a chance and again poor service, salesperson decided to help a person she knew rather than the next person waiting. Either no service or poor service. I guess it will be Petco or Pet Supermarket from now on.

Took my pup to get bath and cut, not impressed at all. I will try Petco. This is the second petsmart Ive been to since Ive moved to Atlanta. Oh how miss the petsmarts back home. I heard the lady telling a customer her dog had fleas, when I got my pup home he had fleas!!! Ugh never going to any petsmart grooming salon again!

Came in here to buy fish and couldnt! Apparently if you have 2 fish and a 20 gallon tank thats it. I though they job is to sell the fish and if thats so they are doing a horrible job. Its like telling me I cant buy cat toys if I own a dog!!!

Training classes are great! Mary is so amazing! Totally recommend her classes to everyone I know. The grooming is good too. Only have ever had to do a nail trim but the groomer was great with my puppers for that.

Very nice and big place. They take really good care of their animals, and customers. I love this place. The cats are so adorable.
