I gave them 5 stars because I am a practical person, I have always enjoyed my shopping experience there, however today 4/5/17 was the first time that I visited and felt so inferior because of the way I was treated. I had a return and walked into the store, the associate asked if he could help, I asked him a question about the return and he went to ask a manager. At the time 4 employees were huddled together having a convo, it turns out that at least 2 were managers. The employee started telling them my issue and immediately one of them got angry, so seeing her facial expression I made my way over to explain, I was totally ignored and the angry manager walked off. It could possibly be that she was finished for the day and didnt want to be bothered but her actions set off a feeling inside me that lasted the entire time I was there, and it made me feel self conscious and I felt as if everyone were watching me. The associate was very helpful and we got the items that I needed replaced, the entire time I kept telling him to bare with because I didnt want to upset anyone further. I finally made it to the cashier and she said with an attitude "What are you trying to do?", she was right there when I walked in and the guy spoke to the manager, in fact when I went out to the car to get my stuff to return the sales associate that helped me took the replacement to her and explained what I needed. By then I had somewhat had it. I said listen I am only doing this because of some instructions given to me by your associate. The problem was my husky puppy was growing out of his crate really fast and the associate told me to bring it back before 60 days and I can upgrade. I guess that changed her attitude and she got the manager who took care of me. I will forget the experience soon, but the next time I have a return I may go somewhere else. I have always had a pleasant visit but today it shows how much bad customer service can have an effect on someone.

I ABSOLUTELY AND COMPLETELY HATE THIS STORE IF ANYONE DECIDES TO GO I RECOMMEND TO SAVE YOURSELFS. THE EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE AND MOST OF THEM DONT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT ANIMALS AT ALL. THERE BETA FISH ARE NOT WELL CARED FOR AND I REFUSE TO BUY ANOTHER FROM THEM. ALSO WHEN I WENT IN TO ASK ABOUT A PRODUCT FOR MY NEW KITTEN THEY HAD NO IDEA WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT AND THEY DIDNT BOTHER TO HELP LOOK FOR IT OR SEARCH UP THE ITEM IM SEARCHING FOR. AFTER WALKING AROUND THE STORE FOR ABOUT 15 MINUTES I FINALLY FOUND IT AND DECIDED TO CHECK OUT AND FORGET ABOUT THUS PLACE BUT NO WHEN I GOT UP TO THE REGISTER THIS LADY DECIDED TO HAVE HER ATTITUDE AND TALKING BACK AT ME. AFTER SHE CHECKED OUT MY STUFF I STARTED TO WALK OUT BUT DECIDED TO TURN BACK AND RETURN THE ITEM. THAT SAID I REFUSE TO BUY AN ITEM FROM THIS STORE WHERE THERE IS NO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER AGIAN AND I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE I KNOW.

This review is in regards to the grooming center. One of the grooming centers responsibilities is anal gland expressing. I took my dog to this location to have her glands expressed and was told to pay at the front while they take my dog to the back and supposedly clear her glands. I did as I was told and came back after paying and my dog was already out of the backroom and I was told there was only a "little bit" to clear out. I felt as if I just got taken for a ride so I decided to test my theory and take her to her vet to have them check her glands. The vets office cleared her glands and said that they were full. So if u are thinking about taking your dog here for anal gland expressing dont because they dont do anything but take your dog to the back and spray their bum with perfume for $10 and your dog will continue to suffer.

I went in to get supplies for my bettas. The fish staff knows absolutely nothing about fish, most of their bettas look to be in poor health (probably due to the idiotic staff), and their customer service is terrible. I purchased two critter keepers which I had to return because they were cracked...the girl tried to say it was the shippers fault and gave me a hard time about getting a refund. If they are damaged in shipping then they should never be stocked for customers! Never again.

Took my 65lb dog in to have his nails clipped. My dog is not a fan of having his feet touched, but I let them know this (He does not get mean). After 15 minutes, the workers told me to never bring him back and he would be placed on the banned list because he had headbutted an employee as she was trying to lift his leg. Very unprofessional, and rude individuals. Will never bring my dog back. (Not on banned list because I know a manager at another store and he is not in their system)

I love PET SMART I love their animals this one is ok.. Um got my betta from there and he is living to be a freat fish.. Oh and here is some info on Betta dont get two of them because they will fight and one will die or both and bettas can live longer then most gold fish sometimes .. Also male betta fish live longer then femalea.. Dont let the Betta see a mirror or his reflection cause he could try to fight the glass or his refelection and he might hurt himself or die

I called and tried to talk to someone about getting my dog in for pet grooming and I was quoted an extremely high price and then the woman said she would call me back and hung up on me. The weird part is during the situation is that I didnt give her my number and she did not ask for my number before hanging up on me. I guess I need to go with another company. This is not the first bad experience I have had with the Petsmart groomers. Horrible experience(s)!!!

This establishment will no longer get my business.came in today around 8:42pm and all you see is urine on the floor as soon as you walk in ,trailing around the corner.Informed the sick looking black male cashier of the urine and he just ignored me. People kids come in this store.no one wants to have to walk over urine or step in urine .If they leave urine on the floor what else would they leave on the floor.lazy employees.

I went here on Sunday for my yorkie having round worms and the doctor and nurse said yes its roundworms and so they gave him deworming medicine. However they did not tell me it would make his stool really running until I called them this morning ad now they are saying it possible he has something else. This place is unorganized to the fullest. For better service I would recommend any other pet smart than this one.

My visit was overall great the staff were very knowledgeable and they helped me with.my questions about my Betta fish my turtles and my gold fish yes.they are all the same in different tanks . One thing that I didnt like was that the live plants that go in the fish tanks were all mostly dead but there life span is short in those tubes so 5 stars
