Horrible customer service!!!!!!! I did a special order for fish sat and the girl that was placing my order told me that I could have the fish at there cost so today I went to pick up the fish and the manager told me after I explained to her that the price was wrong and told her that the person that took my order for the fish had already given me the price for the fish she told me that they dont do that that the price I was given was less than the price that they had paid for them but just minutes before she came the guy that was helping me get the fish out of the boxs was looking for them on there price list that came with the order a I had already seen what the fish cost them and it was exactly was I was told I just wanted her to honor the price I was given.she wanted double the price of what I had already been told sat when I placed the order .

Never going back after 10 years as a customer. They never have large bags of the dog food I use in stock (despite me telling the manager every time its out). For years, the Incredipet employees would compensate by giving me 2 medium bags for the price of the large, plus give me my brand loyalty points. However, today, the owner, Julia, refused to do that. She told me that she didnt have to justify how she stocks her shelves to me and that I should shop elsewhere. The place is clearly mismanaged and the owner cares nothing about her long term customers. I will be granting her request and shopping anywhere but Incredipet.

For most of my pets needs, I go to Incredipet. The staff is always friendly and willing to assist you in any way. I frequently use their pet wash to save some money and to avoid having to clean up afterwards. The cost includes shampoo, conditioner, towels and some cleaning tools. I have learned a lot from their series of classes on choosing the right food, training and so many other things. Plus, I received some high quality pet food--just for attending. Free dog food and free classes; PLUS, they fed us nutritious lunches too! Thanks Incredipet, my number one source for pet needs.

I am an IncredaPet fan! The store I shop on Richmond Road is not small and not so large I get lost. It is just right and super clean and organized. The staff is helpful and friendly. I like their customer rewards cards and enjoy filling them up and receiving a free bag! My dog and cat do very well with the quality of their food. I like IncredaPet so much I drive 30 miles one way just to shop at IncredaPet! Yes, I recommend IncredaPet.

The staff is knowledgeable, but the quality of the fish and aquatic plants is very poor. Also, ordering plants and fish through this store is an absolute pain. I have yet to actually receive any of the products Ive ordered and have just resigned myself to ordering online. As much as Id like to support my local pet store, I have been through too much with Incredipet to recommend it to anyone.

Always where I got for my pet supplies. They only carry the best if the best. I used to drag myself to let stores knowing j was going g to need to read the labels carefully before selecting. Incredipets completely holistic selections saves me time from this annoying task and provides a MASSIVE selection of food, treats, toys, and supplies. I dont even walk into PetSmart anymore.

Staff is always helpful, the store stocks the brands my dogs eat and the dog wash is a great facility (especially for the price). So much easier to wash my Lab there than at home! Ive been getting food, treats, and dog wash here for 7 years and will keep doing so. Im really pleased with the store and staff. Also, the card that gives you the 11th bag of food free is nice.

The only place in Lexington I will buy food for my dog. They are so friendly to start with!! But they also are great for dogs in the community... they only get the best food, made in the USA. They support many different animal shelters around KY. And they have programs for frequent shoppers that make it worth your wallet to shop there!

The staff is always super nice and helpful. This is the one of the only stores that has the food we use for our dogs. Plus they have a lot of neat decorations like picture frames, wall decor, and even door mats that are related to pets.
