Brought my dogs here to get groomed today and the appointment was at 1:00pm. Was told by Natasha that I couldnt get the cut that I wanted for one of my dogs because he had not been there before. I told her I wanted him to get just a general trim since he was so fluffy and she told me shouldncould only do a puppy cut. Just had a real attitude problem in general. After I left she called me and said she could do a general trim so I agreed to get it done. My dogs were supposed to be done at 4:30 but were not done until 5:30. While waiting, I took a picture through the window and a lady named Sara came over and told me I couldnt take photos because they would be liable if the employee was in the photo. Dear God give me a break. My grandfather and I were walking around while waiting for them to finish and he became short of breath. I brought him over and sat him down in a chair by the training area. No body was over there and there were no classes going on. Again Sara waddled over and told us we couldnt sit there even though my elderly grandfather was short of breath and made us get up. Needless to say I have contacted corporate and hopefully Sara will no longer be employeed by next week. Natasha and Sara both need to lose their jobs. Terrible people.

I made an appointment for my dog to be groomed at this location which is close to my job on a Tuesday for a Friday grooming, when i arrived i was told my appointment was for Monday which was a lie because i even had a text confirmation confirming my Friday appointment. The manager (Matt) lies to me in my face telling me he is going to call there SMS distributor to get to the bottom of it instead of just manning up and apologizing for the over booking and bumping me off the scheduling altogether. I informed him I was now stuck with my dog in my work place for the next 5 hours, i was then offered a nail grind where they could justify boarding my pet while i was at work.. (no thanks) Worked out in my favor because while i was there i noticed a groomer i think her name was Elizabeth, man handling someone dog while trying to trim the dogs face. Thanks PetSmart! ill never shop here again, if i was not AFRICAN AMERICAN some how i feel my dog would have been groomed!

Grooming salon customer service is not honest. I had an appointment at 11 for my dog but they didnt take her because I was 20 minutes late. It was fine I understood but I asked for another appointment on that day and a blond lady told me there were no more spaces for that day. When getting home I checked on line and I was surprised to see available spaces after 5pm and they just told me that they didnt have any. The lady wasnt nice to me, I also talked to the manager but she didnt do anything just that I dont have to trust in the on line scheduling ( that was funny because if it doesnt work why do they have that option to schedule on line???) she didnt even apologize for their mistakes with the spaces I strongly have been starting to think that they are RACIST and they just want to give a good service with the people they want to. Certainly they lost a client that day.....

They have a pretty wide selection of goods but sometimes do not have the brands I am looking for. Most likely a great spot if you have a mammal, but can be hard finding someone to ask for help. Especially if youre looking for things non mammal related. I keep reptiles and fish. Usually I just go in knowing what I want. If youre looking for a first time pet, Id advise researching online first as Id be relunctant on trusting a retail employees advise on something that is living and breathing. Place doesnt smell and is always fun to just look around (I do advise buying something to support local businesses though! I usually always come out buying aquarium/terrarium decor)!

I have two small breed dogs that I took in for grooming. I paid for premium groom and even paid extra for conditioner for the hair. One of my dogs was to be washed, brushed and have her nails clipped only. When we got her she didnt look like she had been bathed or brushed and her nails were not at all cut. My other dog was washed and cut , but his nails were cut really really really short on the front paws and hes been licking them for days like they hurt. I will not take my dogs back to these groomers and based on reviews of other Pet Smarts in the area they just dont have the best groomers.

Great place for a quick Mexican bite and arnt looking to get into a sit-down restaurant. Great menu, food has been really good in my experiences. Weve gotten delivery from them too which was always great. Couple time Ive ordered something a little altered (no lettuce or black instead of refried beans, or cheese on side of nachos for delivery etc) and have gotten that wrong on more than 1 occasion, but Im not a super picky person- so I just picked it off or dealt with it (reason for 1 star off)- but overall I go back frequently and enjoy the food.

The Fish are very sick here, possibly suffering from columnaris. I am a very experienced aquarist, and the fish I have purchased at this Petsmart have not lived longer than two weeks. The fish are very sick, and something needs to be done about it. The other day I was there purchasing some chemicals for my tank, I overheard another customer complaining that all the fish he purchased at this store were dead within a week. This location is very convenient for me, but I will not be purchasing any live pets at this store.

I live halfway between the Dunwoody and North Point locations, however I always go to Dunwoody. Additional errands took me by the North Point store where I stopped to get some food for Maggie. Derrick, a team member there struck up a conversation with me. By the time I left I had saved so much money because of Derricks amazing customer service that going forward, North Point is Maggies favorite Pet Smart now. Thank you again Derrick!

Went to spend over $160 on food, flea meds, etc and the cashier help me save $70!Promotional coupons, price matching, and some other amazing voodoo helped this cashier serve up some awesome customer experience!

Incredible staff. Doesnt take long to find someone to help you with any question you need. Take advantage of the on site help because youll be calling them or your local vet if not. :) Great staff.

Average pet store .... Lots of dry goods .But, v poor fish collection.... But, I believe people who r keeping dogs n cats r happy as lots of stuff there to pamper ur pet

Great PetSmart store. Clean, well stocked, big variety of foods for cats n dogs. Always have adorable puppies or kittens for adoption at the front. Prepare yourself for super cuteness.
