I went to return a Top Fin filter that I got at this store about a year ago because it killed all of my fish (over $100 worth of fish). I talked to a Shift Leader, I think her name is Chrissy and she was super unhelpful. I didnt have a receipt for it and they dont keep purchases in their system for very long (only for a few months). She told me to email Top Fin about my problem and see if there was anything they could do for me. After looking up Top Fin, I found a bunch of recalls on their different products but no email address or phone number, not even a website. I finally went to the West Chester to find out that the filter is a Petsmart brand. HOW IS SHE A SHIFT LEADER AND NOT KNOW HER BRAND? The brand has a lifetime guarantee so I was able to get store credit but I feel like the Mason Petsmart needs to educate themselves on their own products!

We have taken our two dogs here for several years for grooming and have been very pleased. While there we have purchased bowls, leashes, coats and sweaters, beds, dog asprin and joint chewies, supplies for our new turtile as well as advice. They have an outside area for dogs to relieve themselves, especially after grooming, and even provide plastic baggies and a receptical there for cleanup.. Very good location, lots of parking, grassy divider. Pets welcome there with their parents during shopping. Sales staff were knowledgable, helpful and polite. In all have had a very positive experience here and would recommend it to anyone with a pet.

I took my dog into PetSmart for a groom and bath. Lady was very rude when checking me in. When I came to pickup my dog the same lady was grooming another dog I think it was a Shih Tzu. She was being very mean to the dog. She was pulling it and jerking it around the table and yelling at it to stop. The dog was scared to death and what looked like to me was trying to get away from this mean rude woman. I complained to the manager and he said I will talk to her. I will never be back to PetSmart again. This was 7:30 pm on Sept 19th, 2016

This PetSmart has a doggy hotel and a doggie Play Place. When we are coming in this area for business, family or sightsee, we leave our standard poodle here during the day, sometimes overnight. Our poodle is never happy to leave us, but we think she gets really good care. I do like the customer service at PetSmart stores. This one is even better. I know that someone might challenge me on this, but I have to say my sporadic visits there always yields excellent customer service and care for my family pet.

This petsmart totally butchered my baby. I paid for number four blade, however they cut him down so low you can see the blade cuts on his skin. The manager paid for meds after seeing the vet, however my dog seems unhappy and in a great deal of pain. After all this you would think that someone from the grooming department would call me to see how my dog is doing. I guess thats too much to ask for? MY DOG WILL NEVER BE GROOMED AT PETSMART IN MASON OR ANY OTHER PETSMART, ONE TIME IS ENOUGH FOR ME.

Dont waste your money ! Rude , lazy staff. I paid to have my dog bathed and cut. I went to pick him up at their closing time and they were still shaving him. I asked if he had already had a bath and brushed and was told they did that earlier. Well I got him home and he smelled like he did when I dropped him off. I have had this same problem at the West Chester location as well. Im sure he didnt get 80% of the service I paid for . I am done with pet smart!!!

Don’t get me wrong I loved how nice they was to me and my dogs but when I looked around the animals did not have water not even the snakes. When I was looking at the dog daycare some girl had a bottle and was spraying all the days with it in the face! Please tell me why you guys didn’t have water for any of the animals that was in the glass cage and why you was spraying the dogs in the face !?

Its hard to find a PetSmart with a pet hotel, but its so worth it. They take good care of my dog and everyone always seems to enjoy him. Of course, its also a great convenience that I can get him groomed there right before pick-up. The CHI bath is ABSURDLY expensive, but we keep splurging on it because the dog comes back soft and smelling delightful.

I wish I had read the previous reviews before I took my dog to be groomed at the Mason, OH PetSmart. I was very unhappy with the grooming service. The staff was not welcoming and did not listen to my requests. I felt very uneasy leaving my dog there. I would not recommend this locations grooming service to anyone, and I will not be returning.

Great place to take your pet, and to buy your pet. We got a leopard gecko from here a couple of weeks ago. It was a wonderful experience. They even took the extra time to teach us how to care for it. I would definitely go here again

Staff is nice, short lines, location is well stocked. Not site related but overall petsmart comments: Appreciate that the petsmart organization gives money to animal causes. Wish they did not sell conures and similar birds.

They have never let me down. I always come here to get food for my geckos and they are never biased on what food or housing they prefer. And when my little cousin wanted a gecko they let him hold a few just for fun.

Always a nice place to go with my cat or dog. Im usually there to when the animals have an appointment. My only complaint is that their catnip and pet grass often looks horrible. :/

Go there ask the time, the staff remembers me and they love my dog. Shes always do happy to say hi. I buy everything for my dog there.
