Staff is extremely knowledgable about animal nutrition. They carry only healthy quality products and help you find the best one suited for your pet. After spending 100s of dollars at the vet trying to learn the origins of my dogs yeast infections and getting no results, I learn it was diet based. Upon taking their advise my dog is healthy. Also this shop offers grooming services. We were extremely pleased with his looks and we will be exclusive to this store from now on!

Unbelievably unfriendly. I talked to the younger guy working and he was so clearly unhappy to be there, let alone answer questions. He stared at the computer as I was talking. He came out of the back when I got there, so I know he wasnt in the middle of anything. May sound petty, but I hate bad customer service. I shop at Bentleys in Liberty and their service is mind-glowingly superb.

I had the chance to meet the owner, who was very knowledgeable and helpful. First time buying good quality food supplies for my cat, I have a new source for all my kitties needs! I happened to be close to his store at the time, even though I live closer to a different location, Ill be returning there instead. Killer staff super friendly and helpful!!!. A+++

Super knowledgeable staff. The man helping us was friendly, funny, and knew the history and nutritional information on all of the dog food. We easily found the food we needed and added a toy last minute because the toys were high quality and way cheaper than Ive found at any other boutique pet store. Well definitely be back. Also there was a cute cat.

Love this play! I was the Operations Manager in the Pet Industry before moving here and Troy and his team are fantastic. Great high quality products, food that is actually healthy for your pet and just an overall really nice selection. We had both of our dogs groomed here today and the prices were very reasonable and they look great!

This store is a must for any pet parents. Great store with a wonderful selection of everything you might need. Equipped with super friendly and knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend stopping in here and asking questions about diet and nutrition and looking at natural food selection.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Carries products of quality sleep prices can be a little high. A little cramped when busy, but overall a great place to check out and of course, allows leashed dogs!
