So recently me and my husband have started to keep fish, weve really enjoyed it as a hobby and wanted to upgrade our tank. We spotted a large tank in the online sale and decided this would be our Christmas gift to each other, however it seemed to be permanently out of stock. Then yesterday we found it available at the Marietta store. It would be very out of our way but wed fallen in love with it and so it was worth our nearly 2 hour trip, with horrendous traffic. We got there, super excited, only to find a tank and stand set, with our name on it, that was not the tank or the stand wed ordered. It was odd and we were very upset. We spoke to the manager Jeff, who couldnt have been more helpful and understanding in his efforts to put matters right, he showed us some other tanks around the price range of what wed ordered but we just didnt like any of them. We saw a tank we did like but it was considerably more than what wed paid for, still if you dont ask you dont get. My husband asked him and he agreed, given our inconvenience and the fact that wed even called ahead before our long trip, to ensure they had what we wanted. We were thrilled! It has literally made our Christmas and I thanked him profusely. This is great customer service, we mainly buy our pet supplies from Petsmart but this man has ensured our continued loyalty and custom. The fish here are always very healthy and disease free, unlike some other places and knowing that they do right by their customers is extremely encouraging, 5 star customer service and staff. Thank you !!!

In September 2015, I pulled coupons off 3 products at the cash register and asked the clerk to take the coupons off the price. When I got home, I saw the clerk had NOT discounted the coupons off the total price & had stuck the coupons into my bag with the receipt. I took the receipt, products, & coupons back15 days later. The manager, Sasha, would not honor the coupons or the receipt even though the receipt has preprinted on both sides that the receipt and returns are valid for 60 days. She was very rude and unconcerned about trying to resolve the problem. She wouldnt even look at the fact that the receipt said 60 days while she kept saying 7 days. When I called PetSmarts corporate office, they merely took down my complaint, said someone would be in touch, & no one ever called or did anything. I wouldnt be surprised if corporate encourages employees to intentionally ignore coupons since this is not the first time this has happened to me, only the latest incident. Ive been going to this store for several years. They have NEVER matched prices with other stores, even though they claim they do.

We dropped our dog off for the full service grooming. They called three hours later and told us the job was finished. When we arrived at the salon, the dog was sopping wet and her nails werent trimmed, even though they had checked the box off on her report card. When inquiring why, they said the dog seemed to not want the nails trimmed or to be put in the dryer for very long. My wife demanded our $60 be returned and the manager of the store gladly gave in to the demand. He even gave us a voucher for equal value. He told us the groomer offered the information to us about the dog which contradicted what had actually happened - that we had to ask. When we got home, our dogs nose began bleeding... a lot. We had to sop up blood all over the house and watch her closely until the bleeding stopped. I suspect the bleeding was from trauma as our dog in a very healthy and fit five year old. We still dont really know what happened in the three hours after we dropped off the dog, but we do know she did not recieve good service or care and we do know that well never take her back.

PetSmart has built its reputation on competitive prices, but theyve apparently drifted far afield of low pricing. A 3.5lb bag of Zupreem parrot food goes for about $14 on the high side and as low as $11 at some stores during sales. This PetSmart wants $19.99. Im disappointed that I drove all the way out there. For the extra $6 I can get this delivered to my door. The selection there is nothing to brag about either. I feed two brands of cat food to my cats, and PetSmart carries neither---theyre not particularly exotic brands either (Fussie Cat and Holistic Select). PetSmarts a ho-hum place to shop if youre in the neighborhood, but their prices arent competitive, and their selection is not impressive.

I am a new pet owner and I love the store, Banfield, and the grooming services. My 7 month old Maltese can be a handful and somehow they get him to relax for shots and grooming every time. I agree theres only one or two registers open, but I end up going when its not that busy so I never wait more than a couple of minutes. Im sad because we just moved out of the area and will be going to the Petsmart in Kennessaw, but hopefully they are just as amazing as the employees here!

I will definitely visit this pet smart again. Went to get a quick nail trim and ear cleaning for my dog since my vet was closed. They actually did a better job and the ladies that took care of my doggie were so sweet! They knew he was nervous and they couldnt have been better to him, praising him and petting him. I was thoroughly impressed with the time they took and how good of a job they did on his nails and ears.

I my baby groomed with Candice every month! I had Winnie groomed at a couple of PetSmarts in my hometown area with TERRIBLE luck, but needed a place here. There was a little bump in the road, but Candice was so nice we talked about how I wanted Winnie to look and that was that. Just like finding a new hair stylist for yourself it may take a few tries. Everyone at this location is very nice and helpful!

The grooming department lied about my dog being netted. My dog had one little nett that I combed out, but the lady put it in the system the my little old yorkshire couldnt be serviced, and then she was rude I could have complained on her but I didnt please find another pets mart

Horrible horrible grooming service. Be ware they will try to make money by telling you your dog is matted and needs to be shave. I have been coming here for 3 years and I take good care of my dog. They have now lost a customers. Dont use the groomers

This store is always clean and the staff is always helpful and friendly. I drive from another city to shop here with my pet. The groomers are very accommodating and stop to answer your question. The Perimeter Petsmart is just too busy to do that

Drop my dog off to get groom and hair cut.let a girl name candace do it. Pick my little guy up was so up set had tears coming down my face not what i ask for he did not look like my little guy told her what i wanted she did it her way
