Bathing our dog at home is a chore so we bought a $25 card frp,m this stpre for do-it-yourself bathing because it was the "better deal". First time we took her an attendant was right on the spot with towels; however, after we bathed her and it was winter, the dryer put out cold air for awhile and finally warmed up to barely warm after we were almost done...dog was very cold. I complained and a guy working there said "some dogs cant stand warm air"...what??? So if thats true and it sounds fishy to me, why are there not temp settings? Since I had already paid for five sessions, I tried it again, the girl at the register said "Ill turn the water on" and she did but I assumed that someone would bring towels but they didnt. I went ahead and bathed her thinking towels would arrive and finally had to leave my frightened dog in the bath and taking a chance on her jumping out, I opened the door to the bathing room, looked around and no employee in sight and no way I could leave the dog to find someone. I was thinking about yelling across the store to the cashier but I left dog to walk a short distance across the back of the store where I could possibly get the cashiers attention but, spotted a man with kids and had to ask one of the kids to go ask the cashier for towels. I stood there for at least six or more minutes and started to think I would have to start yelling to get attention when in walks a guy with some towels. I told him that I was beginning to think no one worked there! The one other thing I hated besides the too-cool air was that last time the blower was noisy but this time it had a wedge tool on it that really stepped up the decibels and I couldnt get the wedge tip off. My dog was freaking from the noise so I had to stop and just towel dry her to take her out...luckily it was a warmer day than first time. Im going to let the other three baths I paid for just sit there because as hard as it is to do at home, its no harder than doing it at PSP and my dog wont have to be traumatized and taken out wet. Two bad experiences = will never walk in those doors again!

My first purchase ever from here was a fire bellied toad and about 2-3 weeks later it got sick, normally I would think that this was an error on my part so I took him back to them to get looked at and the told me he was fine so I took him back home just to wake up the next day to him dead. I told maybe this was just an illness the frog got so I bought two more, one for me and another for my roommate, and just as the first they dies within weeks. We finally decided not to continue buying animals from pet supplies plus and got the same type of toad from petsmart and have had it for about a month now and it is perfectly fine. I will not be buying another pet, not even a fish, from this place.

Ive walked in to find a bearded dragon that appeared to be dead, and when I told an employee, they didnt seem at all surprised and just said okay. This was a while ago, and since then, I went back in and their reptiles still never look very healthy. Given this, Im glad they have solid plastic wheels for their small pets unlike most pet stores, and they have really good sales and coupons pretty often. Good prices dont excuse poor quality care of living things though.

The personnel were strange. I rody my Harley and had leather on. Treated me like a thug or something. Bad vibes, strange looks. I think they thought Id rob or steal...Wouldnt recommend. Spent a lot on treats/toys..Didnt want to drive to Pet Smart but will from now on. Too expensive as well.

They sold me a bottom feeder that was sick and sadly sabastian (bottom feeder) passed away a month later and also infected my other fish. They offered nothing in return though they admitted he was sick and they knew. I will never buy from them they arent trustworthy.
