I went to the pet smart in morrow ga on mount Zion rd on Saturday June 3rd 2017. They had brought a 7 week old litter of blue nose pitbull mixed with Jack Russell terrier. When we got there they said they had sold all the puppies but 2 females. My husband and I sat there for about an hour with one of the female puppies and decided to adopt her. We were told they were rescues and that they needed to be spaded because that was their policy. We were told we had to pay the 150 but wouldnt get the dog til next Saturday because they were scheduled to be spaded that Wednesday. While we were there another lady came to visit the dog she had purchased last Saturday. They had told her that the dog wasnt fixed the week before because he wasnt five pounds yet. So she had been waiting for her puppy for a week already. We were in love with the puppy so we decided to wait. The lady gave me her number and told me to call the following week to see how she was doing. I called monday Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday with no answer and the mail box was full. On Friday I get a call saying that the doctor who was suppose to fix the dogs "called out " and we were going to have to wait another week. I argued with her and she said that I could possibly pick the dog up after the procedure on wednesday. Today I get a text saying the dogs wont be done til Thursday and that I couldnt get the dog til after the 20th!!! I dont know whats going on over there but we are beyond pissed and getting our money back tommorrow.. its such a shame because we were really looking forward to bringing this puppy home.

The first time I brought my dog in they did perfect and everything was good but when I brought her in the second time it was a bad experience. The staff wasnt that welcoming but it was early so I didnt mind but after dropping her off i didnt hear from them for 5 1/2 hours I called and they told me she was ready. When I picked her up and got home I noticed one foot hadnt had her nails trimmed one of her ears werent cleaned she wasnt brushed out and her hair cut wasnt even and she has 2 scabs on her face. It was just a bad experience and I wont be taking her there anymore.

While looking for replacement bulbs for my aquariums two employees walk past me without asking me if I needed help. They were more concerned about helping each other make personal purchases. But the cashier was very friendly and ask me if I found what I needed. Even though you did not have the size bulbs in stock that I needed at least someone acknowledge the fact that I needed help.

I have shopped at PetSmart for decades and for many pets. Due to the awful customer service experience recently, I can no longer take it and am choosing to shop at other stores. I almost thought about returning my last purchased item and just going to Petco. Just that bad. Please learn the importance of customers.

The employees are very nice and friendly but the customer service really sucks. I constantly have to go to Petsmart to buy crickets for my lizards and most times the employees ignore me at the cricket station knowing that I need to by them. Its beyond aggravating.

Took my dog here for grooming and he has had fleas since(first time having fleas in the 2 years Ive had him). Also, the groomer did not cut my dogs hair the way I wanted it. He did it the way he wanted to. I will not be returning.

Great supply of animal food, for any animal you may have. That also have birds, all kinds, and beautiful parrots. A good place to adopt a cat or kitten, they are so pretty.
