Judith: Brookville IN. This is by far my most frequented pet shop in all of Cincinnati. I travel in from Brookville IN to shop at All About Pets. Dave the owner is extremely knowledgeable about all the pets and acceccories he sells. He has fantastic deals on scratch and dented aquarium merchandise. Used stuff people exchange. The shop is sometimes in a bit of disarray. Simply because he sells so much stuff, there are always new shipments. His fish are great and he will not sell you sick fish. He will tell you no dont take that one home today it isnt looking right. He will deal, price wise with you. He is fair. Way fair. The person who posted the tanks are dirty is mistaken. I have 1000 gals of fish tanks and most are filled with fish from All About Pets. My guinea pigs and hamsters are from there as well. Dont believe a word of negativeness about All About Pets. Just go see for yourself and make up your own mind.

We have a small landscape pond in our yard. We get all of our pond fish from Dave at All About Pets and have never been disappointed. The fish are healthy and generally winter at the bottom of the pond very well. We just had to replace a number of our fish because a Blue Heron visited and snacked on most of our fish. Its too bad because several of them had been in the pond for 3 to 4 years and had reached a nice size. As always, Dave was very helpful and very friendly. Prices are actually considerably lower than pond fish at one of the big pet stores.

I am getting back into having an aquarium and just happened to stop by last week because it is close to home. The owner Dave Im assuming is such a nice and knowledeable pet store owner. He was willing to spend time explaining everything to me and suggesting accessories. You can definitely tell he knows his stuff and actually cares about his business. As others said he has great deals on new and used equipment and has beautiful fish. Stop in and see him, you wont be disappointed.

This is a nice locally owned fish store. This has a nice selection of drift wood and lots of cichlids to choose from. It may not look like much from the outside, but its worth a look for some of the more out of the ordinary fish. The guy sells second hand items as well as brand new. Some is a little more pricy than your retail chains, but I never mind supporting local business. The owner was very nice, cordial and was more than willing to help me throughout the store.

BEST HANDS ON CAPTIVE CARE ADVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN. THE OWNER IS A KIND WELL READ OWNER OF MANY FISH AND HERPS. MANY TIMES OVER THE LAST FEW YEARS HE HAS SAVED OUR FISH. THIS MAN EVEN HELPED US REBUILD OLDER TANK PUMPS AND FILTERS WE HAVE SENSE MOVED FROM THE AREA AND NOW DRIVE 1 HR EACH WAY JUST FOR THE SPECIAL CARE WE GET FROM THE OWNER. THIS IS NOT A LARGE BRICK AND MORTAR COMMERCIAL RUSH YOU IN AND OUT JUST TO GET YOUR MONEY FISH STORE.

Ive been involved in the tropical fish hobby for more than 40 years, and Im always impressed with the dry goods and livestock at All About Pets. Ive been doing business with Dave at All About Pets for years now, and I can not say enough nice things about this guy. Hes honest, trust worthy and is more than willing to share his knowledge. Prices are very competitive with the big box pet stores. If you want it, hes got it and if he doesnt he will get it for you.

Over the years, my saltwater hobby has taken my to different stores, but it seems that I return to All About Pets. Dave(owner) knows so much, and is willing to take time to help you. The store is fairly small, but has a great selection of products, tanks, and small animals.Great prices, and a wealth of knowledge.

Wide selection of chichlid fish but did come because they said they had saltwater fish. Although there were pretty few the tank qualities were pretty bad and just needed a little clean up. But besides that really good store with a wide selection of stuff for your fish hobby needs.

I just stumbled on this store today and left with some amazing fish . The owner is who helps you here which is great . He was knowledgable and friendly and had fish I had never seen . He has some discus that were so beautiful . I will come here again and again .

you can order any size crickets from them! i get 1/8 inch for my poison dart frog, and 1/4 inch for baby bearded dragons. Order them monday, and pick up tuesday after noon. great place to buy cheap used stuff like light hoods and filters.
