Just got my puppy groomed there for the first time. The women did an excellent job. However, the customer service at the groomers was poor. As soon as we walked in a women asked if we had done our research on our breed because a lot of people return them due to high energy. Considering Im extremely active and love outdoor activities that reason was one of why I picked and paid hundreds of dollars on my dog. I found it a little rude but hey shes passionate about her job. However, after the bath she came out and told me my dog was mixed with a little of something else. I explained to her that not only was he AKC registered but I have four generations of DNA on file. She said "yea whatever Im just telling you he has something else in him." Mind you she explained earlier her grooming school was a month long. after doing my research I knew my breed would be 45-60lbs she stated "I know youre probably expecting a little 45lb dog but hes going to be much bigger. She wasnt a vet just a groomer. I was annoyed. Primarily Bc I worked really hard on picking out a dog to have and love for the next 10-15 years (longer if Im blessed). It was like telling me I didnt know what I was doing. Also if I have legit DNA records showing my dogs breed how dare you tell me otherwise because his coats thicker and face wider. I was over it. While I was there I also heard her commenting on another dog saying he was under weight Bc she could see his ribs. However I was considering the breed she was talking about so I knew that the appearance of the dog was actually normal. There are places in the area that charge less minus the attitude. Ill go there from now on. The groomers at pet smart should stay in there place and groom the animals instead of trying to double their one month grooming school certififaction as a vetenarian degree. I also took my puppy to the vet located in the pet smart and they recommended completely different food and bedding than the pet smart cashier. They also told me they and pet smart are separate and to always get a vets advice when making big decisions regarding your animal. That advice I will take!

I have been a constant customer at this store for 4 years and have spent thousands on food, treats, collars, leashes, toys, dog clothes so I am a valuable customer to this store. I am giving a 1 star rating because I recently paid the groomers to groom my puppy. They didnt cut any of her long fur off but instead bathed her and blew her fur out and called that a grooming. The groomer told me when I picked her up that my puppy didnt "like" clippers or the blower. She is a tiny, non-aggressive puppy so of course she isnt used to clippers or a blow dryer. But if I pay for my dog to be groomed that means cut her fur...dont just bathe her and call it a grooming. Now 2 weeks later I have to pay for another grooming elsewhere for my puppy because petsmart didnt do the job they were paid to do.

The store is ok, but they have bad customer service! I called to schedule a grooming appointment for my dog, the only time available was Sunday at 8 am. They told me they would call Banfield, the vet located in their own building, to confirm the dog was up to date with his shots. So here I am Sunday at 8 am and they tell me they cant take the dog because they forgot to call the vet. I could have called to vet myself or bring the paperwork with me but they said they were going to do it!!! Im stuck here waiting until someone from Banfield decides to show up.

I give this a three star for two reasons. For one, I believe their mammilian care is amazing. 4.5 service there. But in my main interest there, which is with marine life, is extremely lacking, and deserves no more than 1.5 stars. I do believe their reptilian department is better, but only worthy of about 2.5 stars. Mammilian (and birds, too) service is very good, but interests in other fields would be more appreciated in a localized business.

I called before I got my dogs nails clipped to see if they had my dogs shots paperwork on file. They told me they have the paperwork and her shots havent expired yet. The same day I walked into the store and they stated we cant clip your dogs nails because her shots have expired. Are you kidding me? I just called and asked if they are still good! The grooming staff is inconsiderate and they lied to me. Waste of my time.

The vet is a really great guy but the girl working in the front is a total airhead and has a terrible additude. I had scheduled an appointment for my kitten and she gave it away to someone else and made me wait an hour to check in and had to wait another hour and a half just to see the vet, even though I had scheduled an appointment for the vet 2 days in advance. Not worth coming back here at all.

I go to this Petsmart since it is convenient but they have good selection of dog food and everyone there is friendly and wanting to help you and your little friend in any ways possible. They dont usually have much clearance when it comes to dog food. I usually go to a different one when Im looking to fill up for couple months on the grain free dog food.

It would be nice to see employees that know how to actually care for the pets they sell. It is best to look online to see what the animal needs to live, because what they tell you is usually just wrong. I bought a Syrian hamster from them and the cage they recommended was less then half the size that is recommended for a hamster of that size.

I walked in clueless due to the fact that Im a new puppy owner which Im picking up in 2 days. Oliver helped us so much! He explained from crate sizes, food supply, collars, training programs, and the cupon book! He also helped us carry our purchase to our car. We got a great deal on the crate because they did the online price match.

Do not go there if an emergency they would look very stupidly at you and not know what to do all they said were busy . They would rather attend to the dogs that are not in pain than to the dogs that are . Horrible employment needs much better smart loving people that loves dogs as there own child. Do not recommend their medical

If you like figuring out yourself where everything you are looking for is located in the store then this is your store. Nobody asked me anything for 30 minutes even if they saw that I cant find what Im looking for. The cashier was friendly but other than that not much to say.

My dog enjoys this PetSmart over our old one. This store seems smaller, but everyone is super friendly. And its located next to a ton of other stuff so its helpful.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. Cages always look clean and cared for. They have a pretty good selection of care items for every animal.
