I do not even know where to start about this horrible place. I purchased a vehicle a few months ago from these guys and when we wanted to exchange it for another vehicle, they would change the price everyday. Everyday I drive out there, the price would go up. These guys are horrible at doing business. They just want your money! So I have this car now, a Nissan Altima, and when I went to inspect it, it failed! Has anyone ever bought a car straight from a dealership to have it fail a simple inspection? This was a joke. I brought it back to the dealership and all they told me was used cars arent perfect. They told me to bring it to their shop in New York. So now they sell you broken cars and recommend their only shop which is almost 2 hours away. Such an inconvenience! I finally decided to bring it out there because I did have a warranty that covered for 50% of the repairs... or I thought I did. After waiting almost 2 weeks I get a call telling me my car is repaired and ready for pick up. Mind you that if you fail an inspection you have 30 days to get it repaired and reinspected. I drive over an hour out to the shop to pick up my car and paid "FULL" price. What I mean by this is that I understand that the cost of my repairs was exactly how much I paid and that the dealer told the mechanic to charge me double so that the "warranty" would bring it down to its actual price. What a bunch of fakes. Like that wasnt bad enough, on my way home from the mechanic that same day my car broke down again! Not even an hour back from the mechanic, the engine fails. It was the most frightening experience ever having the car fail in the middle of the turnpike. I had no choice but to get it towed to my house which was VERY expensive. I called the mechanic the next day and told him about the problem. He tells me he would fix it for free. So I immediately tow it back, a two hour drive for the tow truck driver. After a silent week, the dealer hasnt called and neither has the mechanic. I finally call the mechanic and was told, that he cannot repair it for free. You can imagine my expression. This whole journey for a simple car, has been full of fake promises and lies. Today it has been a total of a month and a week. I am already being fined for missing the inspection deadline. The dealer is ignoring my calls. My car is ready for pick up. PLEASE stay away from this dealership. There are plenty better dealers out there. Any dealer is BETTER than here. BEWARE of this place. They are clearly not interested in fixing their problems.

My Dad and I bought Pontiac Vibe from Dependable, on our way home we realized the Radiator fan was not functioning properly, it was broken. When I called them back to explain the issue, dependable customer service told me that is my fault and I should fix by myself, interestingly enough that they offer a warranty when you are buying a car. After we replaced the fan ( approximate cost $400), my mechanic showed to me few more issues with the car. A few days later, we came back and asked for money back, but they dont want to hear it. However, after few hours of discussion, we were able to exchanged for Toyota Avalon, but paid a premium price( KBB Value + 3K on top). Worst experience ever... Avoid them.

Never buy any Car from this Idiot Dealer, they assured me that car is in excellent condition. Mike "Mustache" is the sales man and take me for test drive and told me that car is running very smooth and does not have any problems. within two weeks of purchase its transmission failed, the car is not moving in Reverse Gear. i called this Jerk and he is giving me excuses. once you buy they will not take any responsibilities. i make a mistake by not finding any reviews of this dealer. but now i know and i hope no one buy anything from this IDIOTS.

I was referred to Dependable auto Outlet by my insurance agent. I went online looked at their inventory, and called to set up an appointment that night. Once I got to look at the car, I wasnt pressured by the typical sales approach. Once I got to look at the car, and took a test drive, I was very pleased. Adam was able to get me a really great deal an approval for the vehicle. This was a great experience. I would recommend Dependable Auto Outlet, as they are very customer oriented, pleasant, and professional.

I had the best sales experience with the Bill. I came in wanting a car that got good mileage and he showed me a 2006 Toyota Prius. We went on a test drive and I loved it. This was my first time buying a car. When I told him that my parents need to see the car before I bought it, he understood. The following day I came back with my Dad and he loked the car and he liked the way Bill handled the sale. I would recommend them to any one I know looking for a car and recommend Bill personally.

Since my fiancé and I moved to this area we have heard nothing but great reviews. We had the opportunity to find out first hand on several occasions. Jim and the team will take care of you no matter what the issue. The last time we went in they we short staffed and still able to handle all of our concerns with no issue. I would highly recommend to friends, family and anyone within the Hatboro-Horsham area. Thanks again guys!

Drove two hours for a 2007 Audi 2.0T Quattro 6 Speed Manual. I work for an Audi Dealer and I came here because it was the exact car for the exact price I wanted. I brought my truck and trailer and after test driving it I purchased it immediately and put it on my trailer. Although it had higher miles than I wanted, the car was immaculate and I couldnt refuse Great people, honest business.

I was looking for a newer used vehicle for my father who is 63 years old. I cam across a 2009 Cadillac CTS we saw on craigslist. We drove one hour and the pictures were exactly the same as the car, gorgeous. Mustache gave us a great discount and my father and I were very impressed with the service we were given. Mom and pop dealership that doesnt rip people off.

Dont do it!!!!! They took me for a ride. They assured me the car "needed" nothing. It broke down on the way home $570.00 in repairs later and know I find out it has a major oil leak. The dealer & "Mustache" are giving me the run around. Little do they know I have a warranty and they will honor it because I filed a complaint with the State Attorney General.

I purchased a 2005 Chrysler Town and Country for $5,000 and it is great. Good inspection power doors leather interior heated seats navigation, the works. It has room for my whole family and we cant wait to take it down the shore. It was listed for $5950 and Mustache worked with my budget to make sure I left with the van. See you in Wildwood.
