I have recently purchased a 2002 Dodge Grand Caravan Sport with only 89xxx miles on the vehicle. The dealership comes with a 30 day /1,000 mile Guarantee inspection ONLY with no room to bargain a deal with the price or warranty. They ask for a couple hundred dollars to get an extended warranty which the dealer stated it’s not worth it. They claimed to have done the front brakes, rotors, oil change, and transmission fluid change. Shortly after the 30 day inspection, I see now why they did some front end work. Not too long after the 30 day guarantee everything started to fall apart. The taillight stopped working, so no big deal easy fix for myself. Then the van started to make some noise, so I checked the oil and noticed it’s now low. So obvious they cleaned it up because of an oil leak. Van still has a noise, which is believed to be valve intake which could be silenced with a bottle of Duralube Instant Quiet and oil stop leak from your local auto store. Next, the passenger window wouldn’t work and I still have issues with this. It only wants to go up and down when it wants to, possible off track or motor shot. Around the same time, I get loud noises from the tire area. I just replaced the sway bar bushing & sway bar end links, now waiting for front shocks/struts to come in to replace and hope that’s the problem. Not even 3 thousand miles since I bought this car I have all these issues. This dealer is a scam, and I know I am not the only person that has experienced with this dealer with similar issues after the 30 day guarantee. Stay away from these guys as they just lube things up to silence the problems the car for that 30 days or 1,000 miles whichever comes first.

Im leaving this as purely a warning about their customer service here. I called because they had a pickup truck sitting in the lot with all of the other cars they sell and I was wondering about a price. The man I spoke to was rather rude and told me that the truck was his own personal vehicle (so why are you parking it with the cars that are for sale again?) And then he said mmkay? With the most condescending attitude and hangs up on me. Would never buy a car from them just based on that. If you cant treat potential customers with respect you will fail as a business. Douchebag stars 5/5.

Purchased a good Saturn SL for my nephew back in May. For a $2600 car, you cant beat this. The car had been very good so far. Pleasant experience all around.
