RLMB is full of surprises!!!!! This past weekend I went looking for a car in absolute dread of what I was sure would be a horrible experience, with horrible credit Ive come to expect that. RLMB was the second place I stopped, Ryan was my salesman and he first spoke with me about a 2001 Volvo, I liked it but I just didnt love it, I told Ryan this and he said that I should look around, I looked at some more cars before he mentioned an 03 Infiniti I35 and once I test drove it I was very interested just as long as I wouldnt be paying more than $250 a month, Ryan said that it should be no problem and they may even be able to get it between $230 and $240, I really didnt think that was going to happen and even thought he was just telling me whatever to get me to commit. Here is the part I would normally dread, the credit application, I filled it out expecting to be told either no or I would be paying the 30% everyone else had quoted me, Steve a.k.a financial wizard came out and told me it was too late to find anything out today but I should have an answer by Monday, Tuesday the latest and that he has a really great relationship with the banks they work with and he will get me a deal, Mike another friendly helpful salesman agreed that everything sounds workable. I left there Saturday after giving them a check to hold the car that they promised they wouldnt cash and the hopes that I would have a car come Monday or Tuesday. Monday came and I called Ryan and he told me they are working very hard on this and that I will get a call as soon as they know the terms. Steve calls me on Tuesday and tells me the AMAZING news, I was approved and I was only going to be paying $187 a month, I couldnt believe it I was speechless, I was in shock, it was too good to be true!! Unbelievable...nope true story. Steve was genuinely excited that he was able to get me such a fantastic deal, he must feel good helping out someone who had lost all hope. I get to the office later on in the day to fill out the paperwork, give them the down payment and get my car. I am still in shock at this point and was thinking it was only going to be real once I am driving off their lot. Ryan, Mike and John were there to help me with any questions I needed answered, showed me where I needed to sign, and pointed out to me that the life of my loan was less than I thought it was going to be. I still cant believe it. I want to thank Ryan, Steve, Mike, and John for everything they did for me and my family, this car will make our lives so much easier. The service they provide isnt what one would expect when you think of a place that works with bad credit problems, I got more than I dreamed of. I am very thankful there is a place I can come to where I treated like I am important. Thanks guys!!! Keep up the good work!!!

Had quite a bad experience with Bloom Auto Group. First off, I saw their 1987 Celica convertible for sale on CarGurus and drove an hour to New Jersey that day to look at it. I liked what i saw and said Id be back in a couple days to test drive it and have a pre-purchase inspection done. I arranged a test drive and also an inspection with a local mechanic for about a week later. I showed up and an employee had just brought the car to the front and was working on getting it running. Off the bat I saw bad things. He told me the car had sat all winter, the car ran and then shut off on him when he pulled it around and it wasnt turning over. I left to get lunch and came back and the vehicle was finally running. I test drove it to the mechanic and really enjoyed it. The mechanic looked it over and said it needed multiple things repaired and estimated $800 for the large problems such as a suspension replacement. Aside from the large problems, the cruise control and AC were not functioning and several lights were out. Automatically about $1000 in repairs needed to be done. I PAID $80 FOR SAID INSPECTION. When I went back to the dealer I was looking over the report with them and discussing what work needed to be done, he kept rebutting with "Well its an 87 Celica." Yes, but it needs this, this, and this done. Finally I said I would think on it and was ready to leave. Before I left, the dealer took my inspection report that I PAID FOR and copied it before I could say anything. I called Monday morning like I said I would to discuss a price and possibly talk about picking the car up. When I called I was put on with the boss who said hed sold the car about two hours earlier and that the man that bought it loved the inspection report I had done on the car. So basically I was shafted $80 on a car that needed $1,000 in repairs to find out someone else bought it. I also am very wary of this dealer because they still havent taken the car off their inventory on their website which means they may not have even sold it and just didnt want me to buy it because I was possibly being too thorough. All around bad experience with this dealer besides the car which wasnt even their work whatsoever. Please avoid if possible.

RYAN, RYAN, RYAN, Ask for RYAN...... While looking for cars, I came across RLMB Auto of Kenvil. After identifying and making sure the car was available, I decided to go to RLMB to check out an 06 HONDA ACCORD Coupe V6 (Manual)123,000 miles; the test drive went without a hitch. I voiced a few concerns with the age and mileage, but RYAN assured me that the mechanics that service their vehicles indicated the car was in great shape. But me not knowing RYAN from a can of paint, I was extremely skeptical. The Kelly blue book value of the car on November 10, 2012 was: (Suggested Retail: $11,000/ / Private Party: Excellent- $9,000 Very Good - $8,700 Good - $8,300 Fair $7,000). RLMB was selling the car for $7,900. So I figured, even if the car was not in the GREAT shape RYAN told me it was in, I would only put a maximum of $1,000 dollars in the car to get it to Excellent condition. I rolled the dice with RYAN, and came out clean on the other side. I took the car to HONDA 22 service in Hillside,NJ (who I have been going to for 4 years now). And they told me the car was in great condition and I only had to change the timing belt, but besides that it was a superb vehicle. I got a lot of compliments on the vehicle and was very satisfied; And RYAN made that happen. THANK YOU. P.S. They also have a VETERAN (11B, airborne, hardcore-OORAH) that works for them as well. Thank you for supporting our troops RLMB.

I drove over two hours go get here under the guise I was test driving a car in at least good condition. I brought all cash to purchase the car, even if not that car, I was ready to buy that day. Ryan showed me the car I inquired about. As soon as it started up I could tell it was shot. It sounded horrendous. i also brought a mechanic with me because I had a gut feeling. After driving for 5 minutes you could tell there were no brake pads left at all, it was metal on metal, you could smell the oil burning, and the engine was ready to blow. We drove back and decided to see if Ryan was going to have a shred of honesty in him considering he was ready to sell a woman holding a baby a car with an engine on its last leg and no brakes. He swore it was just a belt that needed replacing and all the metal grinding sounds in the engine were no big deal. I couldnt even say a word to him at that point and just walked away. Disgusting business practices. Had he at least had an ounce of honesty I wouldve looked at other cars but if was ok letting me and my baby drive off in that death trap, I had zero reason to trust or do business here. I ended up going to Murphys auto and walking out that day with an amazing car in great condition.
