Well tonight 4-26-2017 I will be taking my son to Miller in Lumberton so they can replace the car they sold him for another one. We will see?!? I do not have high hopes that it will be a smooth transaction. They been dragging it out and they have had the car longer then my son did !! So we will see if they make it right tonight or not. I will let you know tomorrow as I know a lot of you have been texting me asking when I was going to post an update. Well I been trying to give them the benefit of the doubt and they keep saying Monday, no Wednesday no give us til Next Monday. Well time is up and its disgraceful. Hes a father of 2 and has a job that hes about to lose over this bullshit and if he does Miller will not be happy because if they think this and putting up Flyers is a pain then you wont like what happens if he loses his job, yes I have been loaning him my car on the weekends to work because diapers, wipes and formula are not free. Okay everyone thank you for your support and I will update this tomorrow along with the flyers I have up. Fingers crossed they have just an ounce of decency left in them. Regards, Justins Angry Mother Horrible ! My son went to Miller Ford so he wouldnt get ripped off by a buy here pay here place and guess what. Miller screwed him more then they ever could have. He worked and saved for moths to buy a car and goes to Miller Ford and spends almost 4,000 dollars every dime he had to buy a car and within 30 days he replaced the serpentine belt along with a pulley to find out the motor was NO GOOD ! So we go up to Miller and speak with the manager who was there and he could not have been more rude and heartless and tried turning this around on my son then kicked us out of the place. YOU RIP OFF MY SON & THEN BLAME HIM then dont want to hear it. How Nice is that ? So then he receives a call from John McDonald who states he is going to help my son and to bring the car up there ( which still has temp tags on it ) and there mechanics look it over to say yup its the motor and its only running off of 3 cylinders. He had to leave it there or it will blow up if he drives it. Then they ask for my son to give them until Wednesday 4-5-17 to come up with a solution. Well guess what ? You would be correct ! HE NEVER RECEIVED A CALL & when he called up there guess who is on Vacation?! YUP RIGHT AGAIN Mr. McDonald went on vacation. It must be nice to be able to rip off a kid and then not even call him to say hey give me a little more time I"m going out of the office. He has been off of work due to this issue and has two little babies who has no car to go to the doctors in or the park. But you go enjoy your vacation JOHN and drive around in your new car because why should you care you got your money ! I will take this as far as I need to because its just NOT RIGHT in ANYWAY !! So going to Miller over a buy here pay here did him NO GOOD at all. At least the buy here pay here would have given him another car and not just pushed him out the door and go on vacation and say the hell with you, your job and your kids. I know this because the buy here pay here on 38 did this for my sister over a smaller issue !! Now his car is at Miller sitting there and nobody is talking with him and another week has gone by. He got to drive the car less then 30 days for 4,000. PLEASE BEWARE AS THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME MILLER FORD HAS BEEN SHADY !! This is not my last word !! I have already been to the BBB as the first manager who kicked us out said oh please do so I did and will be back and on every other Social Media outlet if this does not get handled VERY SOON !!! I told my son to go speak to a lawyer and he is willing to hear what JOHN has to say as I would not, he had his chance and showed how much he cared when he went on VACATION !!!!! I STOPPED AT MILLER FORD ON MY SHOPPING TRIP. I JUST WANTED TO LOOK AT THE C-MAX AND SEE IF IT WOULD FILL OUR NEEDS (OUR BEING MY WIFE).AFTER LOOKING AROUND THE LOT, I WAS COURTESLY GREETED BY KEVIN SOUDER (LATER FINDING OUT TO BE A VERY KNOWLEDGABLE AND OBLIDGING SALES REPRESENTATIVE). I HAD NUMEROUS QUESTIONS THAT KEVIN ANSWERED IMMEDIATELY, OR GOT THE ANSWER FOR ME IN A FEW MINUTES. I MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR MY WIFE TO RETURN WITH ME AND SEE AND DRIVE A C-MAX. AFTER BEING IMPRESSED WITH THE TEST DRIVE, I ASKED IF THE REBATES ONLY APPLY TO THE VEHICLES ON THE LOT, TO WHICH KEVINS ANSWER FOR ME WAS "HAPPILY NO". KEVIN INFORMED ME THAT HE WOULD LOOK TO FIND ANY VEHICLE THAT WOULD MATCH OUR NEEDS AND COLOR AND DO EVERYTHING HE COULD TO ACQUIRE THAT VEHICLE FROM ANOTHER DEALER. I WAS ASSURED BY KEVIN AND THE SALES MANAGER THAT THEY WOULD START LOOKING IMMEDIATELY THE NEXT DAY. I LATER RECEIVED A PHONE CALL THAT AFTERNOON INFORMING ME THAT THEY HAD FOUND THE EXACT VEHICLE MATCHING OUR WANTS. AFTER ACQUIRING THE DOWN PAYMENT, WE SAT DOWN AND FINISHED THE DEAL. UPON PICKING UP THE CAR ON THE DELIVERY NIGHT, WE WERE INFORMED BY THE FINANCE MANAGER THAT FORD HAD ADDED ANOTHER REBATE. WE WOULD HAVE NEVER KNOWN ABOUT THIS REBATE IF THE FINANCE MANAGER HAD NOT INFORMED US, FOR WHICH WE ARE GRATEFUL. KEVIN ALSO SPENT ADDITIONAL TIME WITH US SHOWING US ALL OF THE FEATURES OF THE CAR, EVEN AFTER THE DEALERSHIP WAS CLOSING. ONE OF THE FIRST THINGS KEVING TOLD ME ABOUT MILLER FORD WAS THAT IT IS A LOW PRESSURE DEALERSHIP, AND OUR EXPERIENCE CERTAINLY WAS. OUR FAMILY HAS PURCHASE OVER 30 FORDS OR MERCURYS IN OUR LIFETIME, AND I SAY THIS SALES EXPERIENCE WAS "THE BEST", EVEN MORE PLEASANT THAN PURCHASING FROM THE DEALERSHIP I WORKED AT FOR 33 YEARS. AS WE DROVE OFF WITH A SMILE ON OUR FACES IN OUR NEW ICESTORM C-MAX, I SAID TO MY WIFE WE WILL BE SENDING A LOT OF PEOPLE MILLERS WAY. THANK YOU FOR MAKING THIS SUCH A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE FOR US. I am giving this a lower rating, although the sales people are very nice; the service station is definitely lacking. I purchased a car (brand new) in 2013 and have had problems with it ever since. I believe my car has had 3-4 recalls, along with other issues. I have had to bring my car in at least 6 times over the past 4 years(which seems a bit excessively for a brand new car). One such issue caused my car to stall in the at a stop light on a very busy road. I understand that recalls happen, and the other issues were fixed under the warranty (mostly); except for the last issue I had with the car. I was a few months out of warranty; and there was a wiring error in the dashboard; I was losing power to the gas peddle. I had to pay $375 to have it rewired; no parts required; just the price of labor. It is frustrating to constantly bring in a brand new car because of issues. The ladies and gentlemen in the service station are not helpful at all. They do not explain situations fully, and even when I would ask questions I would only get brief or one word answers. They made me feel I was a burden, or that I was wasting their time. When I tried to bring up my concerns, I felt the person helping was not listening; that they were just waiting for me to finish talking without actually addressing my concerns. I finally called customer service and was grateful to get someone on the line that was patient and able to talk me through everything. I dont think I will ever buy another Ford vehicle. Going forward, I will use a different auto service station for car issues.
